The staff were exceptionally friendly. Sadly that is the only thing good I can say. No breakfast was served due to “Covid.” That information could have been provided upfront. Why not have grab-and-go breakfast available? The room was absolutely filthy. Sticky, orange substance covered the nightstand and remote (with dead batteries), dirty walls and doors throughout room and bathroom, hair covered the shower walls, missing light cover in bathroom exposed inches of dust and dirt, worn dresser. Hard to relax in such a filthy room.

The room was fine, the shower did not work well, the door did not want to work, had to make sure someone stayed in the room to open it, lights by the bed did not work. I thought for the money we had to spend it was fine. The bed was comfortable.

The room didn't look like the images on the site. The room wasn't terrible. The hallway though smelled like a high school gym locker. When I checked in, the key cards didn't work the first time and I had to get another set. I was asked if I put them near a cell phone. There were NO eggs or biscuits or any other common foods for breakfast. There wasnt an iron or ironing board in the room but when i asked the front desk, I was given an iron and a minature ironing board. This facility was marked as a 3 star hotel, it certainly wasn't but it was tolerable for the price and location for what I needed.

It was a place to sleep

I was underwhelmed by the hotel room as it wasn't as great as I expected from a Wyndham property. The outside exit by my room had a non-functioning door lock. I could not take a shower as there was no way to diffuse the water from the spigot to the shower head.

Not many choice in Neosho

Cons: Pest control , cleanliness
Approaching the hotel, looked rather worn; decided we'd make the best of it . Everything seemed to be okay until later when my son noticed insects on his bed . Startled, we found various sized bugs on the bed and surrounding floor . Immediately asked for and received another room . Have never had that happen in 35+ years of traveling. Creeped us out even in the new room , got no sleep! Would have gone elsewhere if not for being so late at night.
