I got a jacuzzi tub room. There was hair in it an d bathtub and it w all rusty. Ceiling was peeling in multiple spots..stuff like that.

It was Fine. It was in a close enough area to where we wanted to go and it was a reasonable and good price for what we paid. Its not luxury so dont expect a big space or something like that but it is good for what it was and it does its job as a 3 star hotel.

Was upset the hot tub was down. Really was looking fists to using it after a long work shift and 4 hour drive. Staff was friendly and quick to check in. Helpful on where to park. Room was clean, shower curtain had a stain, breakfast wasn't that great. Eggs were rubbery looking telling me they are frozen not fresh. Sausage was the same and upset my tummy. Otherwise the place was amazing.

Remodel

This hotel needs a serious remodel! The toilet shouldn’t move, when you sit down. The ceilings were cracked or have water damage. The carpet needs to be replaced, the beds should be updated and raised more off of the floor, headboard needs to be removed and the cabinets gotta go! It was quiet and the room was clean.

Stayed from Indiana for our Wedding Anniversary. Our suite was nice & we loved the Jetted Tub. Only thing about the room AC could have been a lot cooler other than that we definitely enjoyed ourselves before hitting up Hocking Hills.

More positives than negatives, but overall okay

Property was okay; convenient to food, shopping and Hocking Hills State Park, which was the purpose for our trip. Room was relatively clean, but had to ask for towels, soap, tissue after arrival due to minimal items provided. Continental breakfast was sparse but fine; definite drop-off in cleanliness between first and second days of stay. Overall, would probably stay here again.

There is a Walmart close by, and you can walk to an ice-cream shop close to the parking lot. They have a small petting zoo with deer you can feed. Fun for kids

Great place. Wrong room. Disappointed

I’ve stayed here before. And selected to have the same room as I did last time. This was an important and only reason to stay here. I paid upfront. I did not get the same room. When I went to speak to front desk. She really didn’t know how to help. I showed her all my itinerary. She did move us to the “executive suite” that I was supposed to have. After 3 hours of this. We get to the other room. Still not the same room. Bigger. But the jacuzzi tub was a big down grade. We already wasted so much time and it was now to late to do any of the things we had planned for this 2 days trip we decided to go do what we could and speak with someone tomorrow before check out at 11am. In hopes it could be made right somehow. After finally talking with 2 other people I find out that we are not in even in the executive room that we was transferred to. But was also told that I would need to specify that to the hotel personally next time. That apparently the third party app I booked through and use often was to blame. Even though I selected the room to book again from a prior trip. 2 years previous. It took me this long to get back die to my health and unfortunately I don’t know if I’ll ever get their again. Very disappointed. This place is very well keeps and pleasant staff. But unfortunately the only reason we went even to this area was specifically for the room I had before.

Staff was very helpful, especially Darlene who made breakfast. The pool was refreshing. Excellent location, the property shares it’s location with various attractions interesting to vacationers. We especially enjoyed Fox Canoe Livery and Old Dutch Buffet.
