Relaxing 5BR Beach House Retreat, 2mins From Beach

Our home is spread out over two levels, with external front and rear stair access. You will be welcomed by our front balcony which has a quaint seating area perfect to soak up the morning sun, while you enjoy views of the greenery and beach in the far distance. Entry is quick and hassle free using our smart lock and your designated pin code.

The first floor features three spacious bedrooms (1 QB, 2 DB and 1 SB), a bathroom with a bath and separate toilet, as well as the kitchen, living and dining spaces. The kitchen, living and dining areas have been recently fully renovated and fitted with new modern appliances and flooring. The bathroom has also been updated and a new vanity added. The Ground Floor features a seperate self contained bedroom & bath
(perfect for multiple families) including two newly renovated bedrooms, which include 1 Queen bed and 1 triple bed bunk. There is also a small bathroom which contains a shower, vanity and toilet, Laundry as well as a minimal kitchenette.

Outside you will find a large undercover private balcony with a barbecue. Please note there are external security cameras located on the front and back porch for the security of the property. There is also a minut noise detection device which monitors for excess noise and smoking.

Brilliant house for 2 families of 4 and 2 grandparents. Spacious with a great layout for us all. Grandparents stayed in granny flat downstairs (own bathroom and kitchenette) and loved it. Table tennis is a fun addition! Easy location to Nelson Bay town, Shoal Bay beach (10-15min walk or a few minutes by car), Tomaree heads for great walks and sight seeing. Thanks for a great stay.

Clean house in good location

Clean house in good location. An important factor that we didn’t realise is that two bedrooms are only accessed via external stairwell and through the garage. Bathrooms are quite dated. Overall we had a great stay but important to note these two points.

The house is in a good location with a great number of bedrooms. The kitchen is very well-equipped and fully stocked. However, the two downstairs rooms, located off the garage, can get quite hot. There is no dryer available, but overall, the house is quite comfortable.

Lovely house close to the beach

We were two families with kids and had a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is very well equipped , the ping pong table and large backyard were the highlight for the kids. Would definitely recommend.

The house was perfect. Exactly as described. The bedding was very comfortable and good quality. The kitchen it is so well equipped. Down stairs is perfect for the kids as there is table tennis and other games for them to play with. Kyle was always contactable and was lovely enough to let us in early. Would certainly stay again.

A beautiful home away from home

The house was lovely. It was clean, well styled, fully stocked and had lovely outdoor seating both out the front and out the back. We felt very comfortable and would absolutely book the house again. The host, Kyle, was very responsive and helpful - evening adding a photo of the portacot to the listing for us to see. Overall a truly lovely holiday experience!
