Was booked at the location during a travel ban d/t a blizzard. Spoke with Travelocity who spoke with manager who refused to let us check in a day late ( I was still going to pay for the missed night) so we traveled in or we would have lost the whole reservation. I was planning to extend another night because the whole reason we were booking is because we were local and having our wood floor refinished and could not stay in our home. They also never plowed the parking lot, instead one of the employees drove back and forth in his pick up to pack down the snow, we left on Thursday the blizzard was Sunday into Monday and it was still not plowed. Overall the staff we spoke to where very nice but the hotel itself needs a lot of TLC, carpet stained and pulled up, holes in the ceiling (one of which leaked overnight our last night causing a huge puddle; we where on the 2nd of 4 floors). The breakfast was good but after being there for a few days the last morning the staff said they only did the hot items on weekends. Which was a lie as we had been there for Tuesday and Wednesday breakfast. Would not book this location again. Pool is very small only goes to 4 ft and there is no hot tub.
