Spacious Open Floor Plan: The main level features a large open kitchen, living, and dining area with large windows and high ceilings. Enjoy well-appointed kitchen. The living room offers a flat-screen TV and wireless internet for your entertainment. Elevator takes you from the ground floor to first floor.

Outdoor Living:
The large front porch provide generous spaces for relaxation and entertaining directly across from the Gulf. Perfect for savoring breathtaking sunrises and sunsets with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. There is a large carport area perfect for entertaining or holding events.

First Floor: There are 5 bedrooms on the first floor. Master bedroom suite with Queen bed and adjoining private full bath. This was the perfect home for our big family. We even had room to spare. Kitchen was equipped well, plenty of towels lots of beach toys and chairs, puzzles and games. Two refrigerators! We hope to book it again. Also it’s the perfect place on the island if you’re ok with walking across the street to the beach. It has beach access right across.

Great place! We will definitely go again! There was plenty of room and being right across from the beach access was perfect! Being able to see the ocean and the sound, particularly at sunset was an added bonus. Plenty of towels and toys and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and we cooked every night! Everyone agreed it was perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mainsail was a great property to stay at for our spring break family trip. The location was wonderful and right across the street to public access. The beach was never overly crowded and the outdoor shower was so helpful. The rooms were good sized and even were pretty sound proof. The elevator was so wonderful for our older family members who struggle with stairs. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals for the group. The second fridge was great to store drinks and snacks. The beach towels and chairs were very helpful and in good shape. We would absolutely love to come spend our next spring break at Mainsail!
