When we first arrived the room smelled really bad. We think it was because the ac had only recently been turned on. After leaving for a bit with the ac all the way down the room didn’t smell as bad. The room also looked like it had taken in water (probably from a hurricane). The bedside table was warped and the dresser was as well and the lampshades had mold on them. Lastly, the lock on the adjoining room seemed broken.

BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL !!! They had ROACHES Crawling over our head . BLOOD STAINS ON THE SHEETS! MOLD ON THE CURTAINS . THE SHEETS SMELLED LIKE ALCOHOL!!! They CLAIMED THE CLEANING PEOPLE LEAVE FOR 2:00p.m. I WOULDN’T LET MY DOG SLEEP HERE !!!!!!

Go somewhere else if money is not an issue

"You get what you pay for" HOWEVER.... For $100 / night in other places like Orlando, i would get way more decent accommodations including possibly staying in a universal resort. Though $100/ night is cheap, i would still expect clean drapes, working door keys, a working tv remote, and an actual breakfast other than Costco individual wrapped muffins. The only positive was that the front desk staff was nice but their only replies to these issues is that every room is like that when i asked to switch rooms. We ended up going across the street to best western for $50 more per night and a WORLD of difference. Way cleaner, beautiful views, heated pool and a Hot Breakfast. This is good to stay cheap but don't expect anything else.

I’ve stayed here several times and never had such an unsanitary room. I was very disappointed in the quality. There was black mold on the curtains. Stains on the bed sheets. The phone didn’t work when I tried to called the front desk. The refrigerator was leaking. And the bathroom tub was also leaking hot water causing the whole room to be moist and humid, the floor and walls were damp because of it also. Several of the outlets didn’t work as well. I I’ll be contacting corporate about this.

I like that it was within walking distance to the causeway. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated every interaction with each of them. It is an older hotel. In the 1st room we were given water was dripping from the ceiling onto the bed and floor. The room was humid. We asked for another room. The second room was dry. The bed sheets were stained. We were given a new set. Apparently there is no housekeeping provided for extended stays (we were there 5 nights) so the trash piled up and mid way through our stay they stopped providing us with clean towels. Over all, for the price, it was a positive experience.

Reservation was for a king bed with suit. When i got there. I only got a king bedroom. When I asked the front staff. Shes was very tide and blamed it on Wyndm. Breakfast was poorly stocked and only muffins.

The conditions were more of a motel standard. The room was clean but dingy. There was mold on the curtains, the lamp shades were stained and worn, the furniture was old and worn. The door was not very secure and did not drown out any sound - any conversations outside felt like they were right in the room. The location is not walkable as there are no sidewalks and is off a busy hwy. You HAVE to have a car. And the area is not safe overall- would not recommend for anyone traveling solo. The only positives were discovering the Shark Bites food truck (delicious breakfast burritos) and being able to get a day pass for the gym next door. I decided to not stay there my second night and opted to stay in my friend's RV instead. Staff was nice. Overall: 2/10
