What a dump!

This hotel is a dump like no other. Having booked a superior room I was given a basic room in the basement with no window. Upon complaining, I was sent to a second room which was also basic and windowless. Finally, I got a "superior" room as in the published pictures but it was half-buried (see picture). I stopped complaining except that after a few hours I had to move to another superior room dungeon because the aircon was not working properly. How can Hotels.com possibly send their customers to this absolute ditch.

The hotel claims to have a parking lot however, they have available places to park outstide the limits of the hotel exposing the car at night time. On top of that, this space is not fully connected to the hotel perimeter for it needs someone to unlock the door to allow the guest to reach the car without having to walk an entire block. Aside from that, everything was really good and the staff absolutely friendly!

Beach, beach, beach

If you want to be close to downtown Natal and the beach, this is a prime spot. The rate seemed reasonable, although I am curious to know how much it would cost when the World Cup is not going on. But on the on whole, I enjoyed it. My room had a great view of the ocean, and the breakfast buffet provided an interesting introduction to Brazilian food, including their love of starches and fruits. Undoubtedly the best part is being 30 feet from the ocean, which is a little rough, but at certain times of the day swimmable.

Nice stay

Stayed here for the World Cup. Good location and awesome service. Not an amazing neighborhood but you're in Brazil and that's hard to come by. Right on the water and in great area for shopping in downtown.

Location is on the older urban city beach front. Beautiful ocean but not much development. One tourist shopping market a block away.

Good location for surfers, beach walkers, adventure travelers. Not fancy area. Local Brazilians are usually flooding the urban beaches on weekends... which is great to see. There are 6 beautiful beaches all in a row. This one is in the middle. The climate is hot. Bring sunscreen.

Do modo geral, a estadia estava na média, se não fosse a experiência ruim que passamos Ao chegarmos, nos colocaram num quarto minúsculo, com menos de 20 metros quadrados.Sendo que na minha reserva falava em um bem maior. Ao questionar, quiseram cobrar a mais para ficarmos num maior, mas logo depois voltaram atrás e não cobraram nada, porém, disseram que seria cortesia. Então, tenham cuidado e observem o tamanho do quarto ao fazerem uma reserva nesse hotel.

Hotel aparentemente antigo

Hotel bem localizado, café da manhã bom. Não tem estacionamento para todos os carros e é pago à parte, tivemos que deixar na parte de fora do hotel, mas foi seguro. O quarto que ficamos e os corredores com muito cheiro de mofo, o hotel tem um problema sério com umidade. Solicitei mais travesseiros e fui atendido somente na segunda noite.

Tem opcões bem melhores na região!

Quando chegamos, nos colocaram no quarto pedido, o Standard. Quarto esse que jamais tem 29m como diz o anuncio, no subsolo de um tipo de anexo, do lado da escada, com barulho o tempo inteiro. Cheiro de mofo, quarto só tem uma janela basculante de banheiro. Como estávamos muito cansados, tomamos banho e dormimos. Quando acordamos, percebemos que o chão do quarto parecia úmido. Depois de tomar banho novamente, vimos que estava vazando água do box do banheiro para o quarto todo. Ficamos mais um dia com água vazando pelo quarto, pois só na outra manhã alguém que poderia nos trocar para outro quarto estaria lá. Segundo quarto ok, mas o cheiro de mofo nos corredores permanecia. Elevador velho, enferrujado, os números nem aparecem no painel. Pessoal da recepção grosseiro. Você reserva quarto com estacionamento, quando chega eles dizem que não tem vaga, mesmo você vendo vagas disponíveis. Resumindo, procure outro hotel.

Vale o custo beneficio

Foi uma viagem rápida, de apenas um dia. Li bastantes comentários sobre o Hotel antes de reservar e confesso que me surpreendi positivamente. O quarto era espaçoso, com vista para a praia e piscina, cama confortável, café da manhã é um pouco básico, mas passa. Como meu compromisso era no final da via costeira, valeu muito a pena ficar lá. Mas se vocês for para turistar, fica um pouco distante dos atrativos de Ponta Negra,
