Family Type Hotel

I stayed at this Hotel sometime ago - and liked it. Just booked it again, this time was a present for a week vacation for my parents and they really enjoyed it. The attention of the staff was great and they really returned happy - It's a small family type hotel - and they felt the service was more personalized than when compared with big chain Hotels. They will for sure, return in the future !

O hotel é simples, mas atende ao que se propõe. É bem localizado. Todos os atendentes são muito atenciosos e prestativos. A única coisa que dá "medo" são duas naftalinas no ralo da pia do banheiro (baratas?). Não vi nenhuma, mas sei lá... E também uma abertura que tem no teto, acima do chuveiro. Da para o telhado, mas em tempos de dengue e zica, deveria ter pelo menos uma tela.

Fiquei desgostoso quanto algumas questões, tipo: 1- Estacionamento: Achei pequeno, e me senti menos presado por ter ido de moto na viagem e os funcionários da recepção quererem que eu “escondesse” o meu transporte; deixando o local da vaga desocupado para outro hospede que tivesse de carro ocupar a vaga, ai eu questiono, então eu não seria também um hospede? Então as poucas vagas que o hotel dispõem estão somente reservadas para os hospedes que vão de carro? 2- Café da manhã: Um café da manhã modesto, deveriam aumentar a diversidade, resumia-se a pão, cuscuz, carne moída, salsicha, melão e melancia; dois tipos de suco um iogurte e café. 3- Acesso a Internet: Nos foi fornecido uma senha de acesso e garantido que teríamos acesso até dentro dos quartos, o que não ocorreu, se foi tentado por várias vezes e não consegui, quando achava o sinal, não conseguia conexão. 4- Por fim, no último dia de minha estadia, logo quando passei pela recepção rumo ao refeitório para tomar o café da manhã, fui interpelado pelo recepcionista, a que horas eu iria fazer o check out, isso me deixou bastante desgostoso, pois na própria norma do hotel diz que o limite do check out seria até às 12:00, eu ainda dispunha de 4 horas; detalhe que a minha hospedagem já tinha sido paga de véspera, o que faltava era verificar se teria ocorrido algum consumo no frigobar, ou algum dano dentro do quarto, isso não levaria mais que 05 minutos.

Hotel muito bem localizado, os funcionários são simpáticos. Porém não gostei das cortinas do banheiro, ultrapassado e um pouco anti higiênico. Um fato não tão agradável, sem minha autorização, deixei o carro estacionado nas vagas em frente ao hotel e um homem lavou meu carro e me cobrou por isso. Não tinha dinheiro no momento e sempre que saia do hotel ele me pressionava para pagar pela lavagem que eu não solicitei.

insatisfação com o hotel.com

De inicio tive problemas com o hotel , pois solicitei no ato da compra das diárias junto ao hotel.com solicitei um apartamento para casal acima do primeiro andar e com boa visão do mar. Quando cheguei na recepção do hotel o funcionário me disse que o hotel.com tinha colocado a observação que não tinha preferencia alguma . Fiquei revoltado com o funcionário , que ne disse o problema era da hotel.com e não deles. Espero que se corrijam pois fiz outra reserva para dia 11/12/2015 desta vez para maceio e fiz questão denovo de quarto acima do primeiro andar com muito boa vista do mar. Espero que tenha feito a solicitação correta.

Boa localização e bom custo benefício

Gostei bastante da localização, o hotel fica de frente a praia na orla e o banho de piscina é bem legal pq vc ver tudo que acontece na praia. O lado ruim é a parte estrutural tais como o banheiro não tem suporte pra toalha de rosto, suporte pra apenas uma toalha, tem 4 lampadas onde 2 estavam queimadas e 1 piscando (falhando), grade da janela totalmente enferrujada, quarto pequeno, sem cofre e etc. Agora levando em conta o o preço eu gostei e voltaria, pois valeu a pena o custo benefício.
