Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
All kitchen utensils for guest to use were all filthy. All floor rugs seems used by the previous guest and looks disgusting. Both bathrooms smells so bad. The picture of the pool that presented is misleading, that’s only for hotel guests and inaccessible for apartment guests. This is the worse by far of all my reservations and not worth the price.
