This place is fantastic. View is incredible. Place is old but has charm. Pool is sweet. Breakfast in very good. Every night, it is sunset, then chose your meat/seafood and they grill it, then fire artists. I would make sure when you checkout, someone from your party is in the room to go through their inspection process with them, they blamed me for a missing hand towel before I could checkout, only cost 50 php, but I am not in the business of stealing a hand towel, just absurd. That cost them the star, or would have been 5.

The food was horrible. Got sick from the first day. All of us got sick. They have no options for food. Even their coffee is water. Nothing around there to eat except 3 carts very smellyyou walk to the carts you smell bathroom you cannot stand there the salad full of flies. The food is cold. Probably warmed up a few times per days. They keep putting the same stuff and very expensive for that food. they have a grill food, frozen nothing fresh you could not eat it from the smell of it. This is not a resort. If you wanna get sick go to it. Horrible experience never again.

Lack of customer service with Front desk at check out. They don’t have lines people with checking in and checking out but have to wait a long time for a room check before giving the ticket leaving the premises. The female manager at the desk is not very helpful and entitled. Not a good example and need training how to deliver great customer service.

White sand beach with big pool

The beach is surely the highlight of this resort. While it is showing signs of age, it still offers plenty to do for families. The bouncing castle in the beach is a winner but not for the faint hearted. The breakfast buffet was good as I did not expect a wide variety as the rates were also very affordable.

The rooms were old and the bathroom was leaking, there were some cockroaches as well. It needs updating The staff’ were very attentive and amazing The food that was served for breakfast was delicious/ filipino style.

Pleasant beachfront stay

Really relaxing vacation right beside the beach. The hotel room was your typical room with all the amenities you need. But we pretty much stayed outside in their pool and beach. The cocktails in the pool bar was strong and refreshing! The sunset here was picture perfect! Grilled food dinner area was packed but food served was fresh and pipping hot! Awesome stay over here and I will gladly stay here again!

We’re disappointed ! The only thing we liked is the view. Limited Diining experience. Only 3 Restaurants & they’re pricey. Island Cafe is always buffet no Ala Carte. Food isn’t great. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Always out of food & we have to wait long to fill up trays. It was a whole mess. No room service. All shuts down by 9pm. So if you get hungry later on you’ll starve. No outside food is allowwed. Staff are not accommodating but shout out to VJ at the Coveys Shack bar he’s helpful & nice. Room amenities are very poor , feels like you’re in a budget Hotel. Needs a lot of updating and up keep. Overall , disappointing & dissatisfied. Will not book again or recommend.

Property is a scam!!! They advertise as hotel and spa. There is no spa. Spoke to manager they said they forgot to take the spa advertising off. For the restaurant they had limited food on the menu and what they displayed they may not have. If they had buffet you could not order individual food. They said you had to only get the buffet, even if the food wasn’t good. The only thing was good about the trip was the bartenders in the outside bar and the service staff around the pool. They were tremendous help.

Room 108 /Ground Floor

I have my family with me for this trip. Room 108 was assigned to us, the only bad part for this room a little animal friend was hiding below this cabinet and you can tell in the picture. The Management of the hotel should hire and keep a infestation company to check each room for rodent avoid this situation for future guest. Overall , room bed were comfy and new aircon was installed. The facility needs an upgrade.

This is our second stay in this property and the second time was quite disappointing -the tv in the room was not working -A/C in our room was not working as well considering how HOT it was, front desk was made aware but nobody came up to check on it the following day -beach had all sorts of trash-batteries, toys, plastic bottles -dinner buffet menu was very limited and food seems old, a little overcooked -pool bar does not have enough choices

The beach and their pool is superb however their check in process is so terrible. We were given a room past 4pm already which suppposed to be at 3pm. This hotel is understaffed. Their rooms and facilities need to go renovation.
