This was my third stay here. I was skeptical about booking again, but unfortunately it was the most affordable in the area, so I did. We have been assigned the exact same room every time we have booked. Why?? The room stunk until we got the ac going and it started cooling off. That seemed to help with the smell. The bathroom layout of ridiculous! Whoever came up with that concept must have been delirious at the time! The bathroom door barely missed the toilet when being opened and closed. The toilet is LITERALLY against the wall! It was awful to say the least. The water goes in the floor when showering not sure what the deal was with the shower curtain! Over all, the property itself was clean but they really need to fix the bathrooms!! I think the next time I come to White House, I will just suck it up and pay the difference for another hotel.

I didn’t like the fact there was a pool advertised yet it wasn’t open. There was a hot breakfast advertised on their sign in front of the establishment showing bacon and eggs but the only thing hot was toast and waffles.

Check in was fine. Breakfast could be much better. Bathroom needs more cleaning. Wifi stopped working in the morning and I had to ask twice to get a code for it. Customer service could be improved!

Room 224, was not renovated like the pictures. IT was all green from the early 80s. The room was in disrepair, had holes in the wall of the bathroom area. The 'non-smoking' room was clearly heavily smoked in with the smell of pot. The skunk-weed smell was horrific. I had to sleep in my car. Also the smoke detector had been torn off the wall. The staff member moved me to room 226 the following morning - which looked a bit more like the pictures with the grey and brown motif. It also had the smoke detector torn off the wall, was in disrepair and I had a roach friend that would scamper under the grout behind the sink when I would turn on the lights....nice... This hotel isn't safe. It was quite a terrible experience. I haver no clue how this hotel has a 7.4 rating. I would guess hotel owners are posting false reviews to get the rating higher. Expedia tried to reach out to the management and Quality Inn dodged their calls and refused to return request. Stay at the other hotels nearby this place is garbage, and that actually is insulting to garbage. I have the experience fully documented with images.

We enjoyed our stay overall and the pool is excellent! Decent coffee ,waffles were great ! Would be better with eggs an sausage or bacon..we stayed for 5 nights an beds were comfortable..a few complaints tho..they lied told us a man was coming to clean the pool but really they were drying out their homemade shells that they eat an were surrounding the entire pool with their shells laid out ...not cool..why not just tell us the truth? So we walked out back to the Holiday inn an thankfully they let us swim in theirs...then after check out I noticed on my credit card that we were charged $48.48 for something...so I called them an they claim they didn't charge anything extra..told me I have to take it up with my credit card company when it clearly has a charge from Quality Inn..Also they come and clean your room daily which is nice BUT I have a candle missing from my Cracklebarrel shopping bag! I bought 2 of the same nice big Yankee candles and came home with 1! For those reasons I probably would not stay here again
