El entorno proporciona una sensación de estar lejos de todo, pero puede llegar al centro de Nashville en 20 minutos. Estanque con 3 cascadas debajo del patio.
El 1er nivel privado de la casa tiene piso a techo ventanas francesas con vistas panorámicas de robles gigantes, pavos, aves y ciervos. Más de 1.700 m2 de espacio habitable con mesa de billar, tenis de mesa y el tablero dominante de Yamaha. Todos los asientos en la sala grande se reclina para la relajación cómoda por una estufa de leña. Hay un gran dormitorio que tiene una cama de matrimonio con telas de diseño y un sofá, con un walk-in closet. Hay una gran cocina totalmente equipada, y hay una cama de matrimonio en la zona de recreo. Estamos a sólo minutos del centro de Nashville donde abundan las tiendas de antigüedades, restaurantes, y bodegas. Estamos a 30 km del Grand Ole Opry y otras atracciones cercanas. Great location far enough from the city but also close enough

More than ample space for two people with all the amenities of your own home. Very pleasant stay and could relax at the property and did not have the cramped feeling of a hotel room.

Beautiful place, make sure you read the listing :)

The property is beautiful, the place is clean, cozy, and smells good. Beds are comfy and there are nice places to sit and relax and look at nature. We missed the part where the owners are upstairs- totally on us though. It’s clearly stated at the beginning of the description, we just missed that part. It didn’t change the experience of our stay at all. The owners had brownies for us on the table with a handwritten note that felt so personal and was a great touch that made us feel at home. Would absolutely come back!!

Brutal directions to get in. Door code was wrong and I couldn’t find the basement to get in the door. It was a basement apartment that I rented with the owners staying upstairs. Was very awkward.

Magical Christmas getaway

Since my children are almost all grown up, we've been renting out VRB's vs hotels for more space and privacy for my family. We came to visit my cousin and her family Plus do some tourist attractions in Nashville. Your place was perfect for our little getaway. Loved the billiards table, my boys enjoyed it and the piano. The apartment had pretty much everything anyone needs for a successful getaway. The unit had comfortable beds, couches, blankets, pillows to make the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and thoughtful and professional. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some getaway place. husband and the kids.

Great little hideaway close to Nashville!

Loved the relaxing stay here. Watching the deer in the morning/evening was my favorite part. Close to some cool antique stores we went by, and close enough to walmart/target for our last minute needs. Will be booking another stay next time for a girls trip to Nashville!

Total Serinity

The directions arriving had Welcome signs (parking spot & walk way). The patio setting was so beautiful and serine, I spent most of my time out there. The layout for the living area, dining, kitchen gave you a wonderful warm country feel. The master bedroom is large and very comfortable with lots of pillows and a duvet to snuggle under. Having a washer/dryer was great, we had a lot of pre-plans so we didn't get to play pool on the beautiful pool table. I can't say enough about this lovely setting and our hosts. We will return and I am sharing this little piece of paradise 15 minutes from Nashville with all our friends and family.

Best of the Best

Cynthia & Gary are so amazing. This was our 25 year anniversary and they made it extremely special for us. From the beginning, they communicated with us and were extremely informative about places to visit to make this trip special. The property is beautiful and the apartment is so clean and decorated in a way that makes you feel like you are in your own home. No need to pack anything but clothes and items for your hygiene, because it has everything else to cover your needs. The location is a short drive to Nashville, but also is in a nice, quaint town where you can find other nice restaurants you won’t find anywhere else. There is a bird feeding sanctuary and porch swings and other comfy sitting options on the porch or near the beautiful pond with a fountain. The owners were beyond accommodating and truly love sharing this portion of their home to help others make special memories. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. You will not be disappointed. We will be back! There are other wonderful things they did to make us feel so special, but I don’t want to ruin the surprise for others. Please treat yourself to a few days here. You won’t want to leave. It’s perfect!

Peaceful and Tranquil Setting

The accommodations were clean and spacious, well appointed with high quality furnishings, dinnerware, appliances, and decorations. Bed was king size and comfortable. Bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water; shower has great water pressure and is ADA compliant. Safe countryside location with landscaping around the property that is beautiful and very well maintained, with plenty of space to rest, relax, and unwind. Morning coffee on the patio greeted us with birds, squirrels, wild turkey, and roosters crowing in the distance. Evening drinks were accompanied by visiting deer. Host provided a very comprehensive binder containing detailed and helpful information regarding the property, use of property amenities, and check-out procedures. Several dining options and shopping just a short and very scenic drive away. My wife and I have stayed at several great Vrbo properties over the last few years - this property was by far, THE BEST. Our hosts were gracious, communicative and most of all, went above and beyond to make our visit truly enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable.

Peaceful, very cozy and comfortable

Our stay was everything that we were looking for and everything that the owners had described. It was so peaceful and the wildlife was so fun to be a part of. The place was very clean and everything was provided for us. Its location is secluded, but Nashville is within short drive. We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this property!!

Quiet place for those who love nature and wildlife

We were in Nashville for a family wedding and stayed here for 5 nights. We weren't at the property a lot because of lots of family activities, but when we were it was quiet and enough space for us. The only downside is the 2nd bedroom is really a bed that is curtained off from the main living area, but we managed. Christine was very friendly and helpful. We had to add a our 16-year-old nephew for a couple of nights after we got there and it wasn't an issue and we were charged the extra person rate which Christine told me about when I informed her of the change. Our nephew and daughter enjoyed the pool table a lot when we were in for a night. The wildlife is amazing on the property: saw deer, wild turkeys, squirrels, chipmunks(?), frogs, fireflies, and LOTS of birds. If you're an early riser, take your coffee and sit on the front porch (very still, of course) and watch the critters doing their morning routine.

We were in the area to help our daughter and her young family after the birth of baby #2. This place is the perfect place to come to enjoy quiet and calm after a hectic day. It was also a great beginning to each morning, enjoying coffee on the patio and watching all the wildlife.

Very relaxing and convenient

We stayed with Gary and Christina for 6 nights. The house was very roomy, clean and comfortable. The location was a welcome and quiet retreat from a wedding in Nashville and party downtown the next day. It was very relaxing to sit by the pond and waterfall to read or enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. We would definitely stay there again.

Tennessee golf trip

Property was exactly as described. Clean well kept house and property. Quiet and relaxing. Plenty of space inside and outside to unwind and enjoy our evening after a round of golf and dinner every day. Mornings were filled with the sound of birds and lots of wildlife in the yard and around the waterfall. I have a large waterfall at home in my yard and daily visits from deer, turkeys, and many other wildlife and birds. I was able to enjoy all of these same things here at the property without the stress of daily life back at home.

AMAZING VRBO*

Well worth booking this amazing VRBO. It's located in a wonderful location that we felt very safe and enjoyed the turkeys, deer and squirrels that were seen in the morning. You have a beautiful view of Tennessee hills and trees all around you as you relax either by their 3 water falls or sit on the nice swing, they have outside for their visitor's enjoyment. We were greeted with fresh baked brownies and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our trip on our mini family getaway. This place you won't regret booking and I encourage anyone to stay here and enjoy the peacefulness of this place. You won't regret it !!!

Perfectly Peaceful

Comfort was A++. Decor was beautiful with such attention to detail. Furniture and bedding were most comfortable, Hosts were magnificent. House Book provided details and excellent instruction when it came to using grill, appliances, tv’s, and other amenities. Home book also provided excellent suggestions in-town and several downtown Nashville highlights. Outside water fountain was a perfect touch for a natural oasis environment with plentiful amount of bird feeders and nature all around.
