The brief exchange that I had with staff, checking in and out was very pleasant. The young ladies were very friendly and thoughtful. There was a stain or something on the floor, a stain on one of the dust ruffles on the bed, and a part of the curtain looks like it was possible torn? Other than that, the condition of the bathroom was very clean as well as the rest of the floor and there was no dust around in the room.

After a long roadtrip and my companion traveler ending up In the hospital in Springfield I needed a nice hotel close to the hospital to recover from an exhausting trip. Spacious, quiet room. I enjoyed my stay.

Great stay to attend a wedding!

The manager who greeted us and checked us in was super friendly! She went over all of the amenities, such as breakfast, pool, workout room, etc. The lobby was very clean. Our room was much larger than expected and we had a beautiful view from our window. Coffee and breakfast was. Dry good! I had oatmeal but I tried a bite of my daughter’s cinnamon roll and it was amazing!!! Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely come back!
