Nashville 4th of July

We had a wonderful 4 days in Nashville. Very hot weather but so much fun. The condo location was perfect. We walked to Broadway and all over the Germantown area.The only shortfall was the pool was smaller than it appeared in the photos.We will definitely be back!!

Great time in music city

We appreciated the warm welcome from Rebecca, easy entry upon our arrival, and free onsite parking. We enjoyed the laundry facilities onsite as well as the pool. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and the shower pressure and temp were great! Super cute Nashville decor too. Bonus: we were able to see the Friday night fireworks at first horizon park from our doorstep.

Excellent Experience

Ever had a perfect vacation...yeah, me either but this one was close. Upon arrival our booking had not been cleaned and therefore was not ready for us. i immediately reached out to our host Rebecca. What a true professional she was, immediate response with an immediate solution to our issue. Rebecca had another unit in the complex we were staying. It cost more per night but without hesitation, she moved us, no upcharge. Others could/ would have made us wait for the cleaning crew to show up and clean, not Rebecca. I cannot give her anything less than an exemplary rating, I travel frequently and this was above and beyond service. Looking forward to our next visit and we undoubtedly know exactly where we are staying!

Perfect location for us

It's just a short walk to many downtown attractions from this location. We enjoyed the coziness of the place, and it felt like home immediately. The check in process was super easy and the communication from the property manager was excellent. We plan to stay here whenever we are back in Nashville.

Great location

This unit was close to downtown along the river. The minor league baseball stadium is within walking distance if you're interested in that. Looking over the river was cool. This may be my main place to rent when I make Nashville trips. Had everything I needed.

Apartment is very clean, located close to downtown, and a relaxing spot to watch the river. Check out the Parthenon, Fleet Street Pub in Printer's Alley, the State Capitol, and all the greenways.

About a 7 min drive to downtown nashville. Tucked away in its own little neighborhood. Just perfect amount of space for 4 people. Clean, and cozy. I would stay again

Nice, clean place.

Very nice condo with a view of the river. Very comfortable bed and fluffy towels. It is exactly as pictured. Two things to mention for future renters: the unit is on the third floor, no elevator and there is no where to sit down and eat. There is a little table with two chairs on the balcony outside but it was 100 degrees when we were there. Just a note also if you are looking to cook meals, the cookware is old and scratched up. Not much in the line of pots/pans. Overall a nice, well taken care of place.

Wonderful stay

Condo was clean and exactly the way described and pictured. There was a bit of construction going on as they are still renovating some of the units but there was no exceptionally loud noise from it. The only time I heard anything was outside of the condo. Uber rides were inexpensive up to Broadway (around $7 - $8) with the exception of the night of a concert at Bridgestone Arena (between $25 - $30). I'm not familiar with the area so I wasn't comfortable walking to anything with my daughter but felt perfectly safe within the property. Would definitely book again when visiting Nashville.

Nice Nashville location

Nice condo on the north side of Nashville. It was quiet and clean which is tops on our list. Bit of a unique set-up as you park free in the covered attached covered lot but if you want to walk anywhere you have to walk around to either end of enclosure to get out then there is a bit of abandoned lots before you get to open businesses, etc. Awesome location if you want to take in a Sounds game or 2 as you can literally walk to the stadium in 5 minutes from the condo which we did do and had a great time.

Great location, great place

The apartment had everything we needed. There were some extra touches we especially appreciated: like the coffee starter set, the bottles wsters and the pillow selection. It was very clean and the check in was easy. Any questions I had for the host were replied to quickly. For anyone with mobility issues, it's on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Other than that there are no negatives. Covered parking, with a laundry room on the premises. We stayed for the CMA Fest and the location is walking distance to Nissan Stadium and Broadway, so super convenient. Would definitly stay again.

I enjoyed my stay here. The place was very nice and clean. Great location and river view. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony with my morning coffee and with river view. The owners took a lot of thought in making the place comfortable for our stay. I would recommend staying here!!!

Great place - quiet and comfortable

We enjoyed staying here as it was clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice to have the covered parking as it was raining one morning and waiting for Uber kept us dry. Nice accommodations.

Property was great! Location within walking distance to Broadway or cheap Uber. Parking was awesome it was covered so we could unpack the car during the pouring rain. We will stay there again in the future loved it. Host was great!!
