Family Honky Tonk Trip

Great place as advertised. Super close to Broadway. Walk to Farmers Market, 10 Uber to the bars and restaurants on Broadway. Very clean house. Location is near Germantown but not in it. Backs right up to a KFC. Was not a problem. No noise no smell. Would definitely stay there again!!

WONDERFUL PROPERTY!!!

This property has it all!!! The location is superb, the house is spacious, well stocked with at least two of everything you may need, easy check in and check out, and wonderful communication and help from our host!! We accidentally forgot several items when we checked out and our host helped us retrieve them easily!! This place is wonderful and made our stay in Music City extra special!!! Thank you!!

Perfect size and location.

The location of this property is perfect for a Nashville stay. We were a family of 7. We had plenty of space and things to do in the area. One downside was that the electricity did not work in two of the upstair rooms.

Perfect Nashville stay

My large group came in to town for the AC/DC concert. It was the perfect location for a quick ride down to Broadway, or over to Nissan stadium. Both are just over 1 mile away. 12 of us fit / slept easily in the house and beds were comfortable. Emily the host was very responsive and went out of her way to make us feel at home. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Worked perfectly

Two couples plus a single adult. Lots of room and privacy. A large living, dining and kitchen area. Every night after going out we sat around the large dining room table swapping stories. Two driveways that accommodated both of our vehicles. Everything worked in the rooms that we used. It was well stocked too. I've been to some places where there were few dishes, flatware, or cooking utensils, but not at this place. There was more than enough. Not to mention many spices and other basics, as well as many toiletries. The only thing I would request is that a trash can for recyclables be placed inside the house. We didn't know there was a place for recyclables until we took the trash out to the bins in the back yard. By then it would have been a mess and too time consuming to separate it.

Large comfortable house

We went with our family and it was very comfortable- lots of beds. The location was nice- across from the Farmers Market. We walked to and from Pucketts downtown- it took about 25 min. Bicentennial Park is very pretty to walk around. Host was great!!

Great overall stay!

The host was extremely accommodating and responded quickly to all of my messages! The house was clean and fully stocked for all of our needs and then some! We walked down to Broadway each day, but took a quick Uber/taxi back at night! The short walk to the Farmer’s Market was a huge plus! We would definitely book again when in the area!

Our stay on 9th in Nashville

Lucky to have a convenient location in such a grand accommodation! The 8 of us had a great time in this big house. We home cooked most our meals and they were with ease, given the amenities. Easy walk to the TN State Museum where a few of us spent more than a day, even dared to go the distance a few times to Broadway for afternoon/evening music venues. Our host was super easy to stay in touch with and I can’t give enough thanks for their attention to our mixed travel itineraries. I hope to come back to this place again sometime.

Long Weekend in Nashville
