The front desk clerk was so kind when we arrived early for our stay. She accommodated my request for early check in. She had a smile on her face the entire time. And we even discussed Jesus and compared books we were reading. She is a huge asset to your staff. Also, that coffee machine was amazing!!! Everything was super clean.

Very clean, no carpet in rooms which is great for feeling clean however not for the noise level. Above room was very loud just from walking and normal activities. Had a drain issue the frist morning which was fixed promptly, Staff was great, location great. Room was a little small, mattresses was very soft and should be updated for my liking.

We stay at this Avid every year on our way through Nashville. Always clean, staff is helpful and courteous, included breakfast is on point. This is the location that got me hooked on Avid. I stay at them whenever I can now.

This hotel refused to honor its own cancellation policy. I canceled on the day of check-in, which should have meant only one night’s charge, but they tried to bill me for two and then argued with Expedia even after I sent proof. The staff were too uneducated to understand the plain language of their own terms and chose confrontation over customer service. Expedia intervened and refunded the extra charge based on my usage of Expedia,the hotel is just another useless IHG property. Great example of why IHG properties rank among the lowest in the industry by JD Powers and all other reputable travel publications. Poor service,fail to honor refund policies,dirty and unkept properties,poorly trained employees.

Clean and conveniently located with a friendly, caring staff, this hotel is a great property for a good night’s rest.
