2 Bedroom Suite: Downtown Nashville, Full Kitchen & Living Room

Celebrate the city and your time together with a little more space in our Two Bedroom, One Bathroom Suite. Give yourself room to spread out or bring some friends and family, with 900 sq ft and two bedrooms with king-sized beds, including in-kitchen dining, a cozy living room, balcony or patio, a bathroom, and optional city views. The two bedroom sleeps up to four people, so make a friend’s day and invite them along for the adventure.

The space
All Bode guests have access to our vibrant outdoor courtyard, outdoor games and fire pits, Dawn Cafe + Market, and Sidebar.
- Dawn Cafe + Market (open daily at 7 am), your morning stop for coffee, breakfast, brunch, local products, and travel essentials
- Sidebar (open at 5pm daily), your destination for craft cocktails, bar bites, and good conversation with some of Nashville's best bartenders
- Light and bright co-working spaces in Dawn to power your workday or take it outside to our outdoor courtyard if you want some fresh air
- Board games, card games, outdoor fire pits, giant Jenga, and cornhole provide fun for friends, families, kids, and coworkers

Guest access
Parking is available in Bode Nashville’s parking lot located at 401 President Ronald Reagan Way. Overflow parking is available at 500 2nd Ave S, Nashville, TN 37210.

The standard market rate is $50 ($35 with validation) but will be increased during peak events and at the GM’s discretion. The guest may validate as many parked vehicles as they would like. Parking can be paid by the hour or they can choose the overnight rate for multiple days. Guests are not charged until their session ends, so they can add time until they are ready to head out.
Other things to note

We do require a credit card on file for incidentals and will request this from you before giving check-in details. A $100 authorization will be held until after check out.

MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO BOOK. By booking this reservation you are agreeing that you are at least 21 years of age. You will be asked to submit a photograph of your government-issued ID as proof of age and identity after booking.
