Lovely property. Relaxing location.

Very spacious home. Elizabeth is a Helpful and friendly host making our stay pleasant. Beautiful views onto the vineyards. Great location for exploring the region. Very good for cycling as the property is very close to the Narbonne- Gruissan cycle route.

Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus mitten in der Natur. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und schön angelegt.Kurze Fahrt bis zum Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Narbonne und Gruissan sind gut und auf kurzem Weg erreichbarBesonders hat uns das geräumige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnzimmer mit der großen Couchlandschaft gefallen.Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle, wenn man Fragen hatte.

Für alle, die gerne kochen, ein richtiger Traum! Ein Küche ausgestattet mit wirklich allen Finessen für die Zubereitung von Fleisch und Fisch. Die Mahlzeiten haben wir genossen auf der Terrasse mit Ausblick auf einen wunderschönen Pool und dem weiten Blick auf die phantastische Landschaft. Die Schäferei ist ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und gemütliches Domizil an heißen wie an kühlen Tagen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt bei Elisabeth, die sich stets diskret und freundlich im Hintergrund gehalten hat.

Wir ,als Paar mit Hund , hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, einziges Manko die nahe liegende Landstraße. Es müssten hier und da ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen gemacht werden. Daher 4 Sterne Gastgeberin sehr hilfsbereit

Tolles Haus zwischen Weinanbau, Wiesen und Feldern

Es war alles so, wie angekündigt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Gastgeberin, Elisabeth, ist super freundlich, ebenso ihre Hündin Nala. Unser Hund wurde so herzlich von Nala aufgenommen und wollte gar nicht wieder nach Hause. Man kann auf dem eigenen Grundstück spazieren gehen oder direkt an den Weinfeldern los wandern. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und sind gerne am Kanal entlang nach Narbonne geradelt. Was wirklich sehr nervt sind die vielen Mücken. Also Autan nicht vergessen! Im Haus waren sie Gottseidank nicht. Einziges Manko: Die Straße, die am Grundstück vorbeiführt. Da sie aber ca. 50m vom Haus entfernt ist, war sie für unseren Hund kein Problem. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Belle découverte

Un grand BRAVO à Mme Neroni qui a fait de cette ancienne bergerie un espace chaleureux , décoré généreusement d'objets et d'images d'antan qui témoignent d' une histoire vécue . Les chambres et la salle de bains sont spacieuses, le séjour dispose d'un très grand canapé , permettant de vivre des soirées conviviales .La cuisine est richement équipée : plancha et barbecue sont également à disposition . La piscine est entourée de fauteuils relax , de plantes soignées .

Schöne Unterkunft nahe Narbonne

Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr schön, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr diskret. Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen, lediglich der Lärm der angrenzenden Straße ist im Freien gut zu vernehmen. Im Haus ist das Schlafen bei geschlossenem Fenster aber kein Problem.

Tolles Haus, nette Vermieterin!

Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Man ist mit dem Auto schnell am Strand und in den Bergen. Wir waren mit unserem Hund täglich wandern, es gibt zahlreiche Wanderwege im 5km Umkreis. Umgeben von Sandstränden, der Naturstrand hinter den Salzanlagen, war mit Hund traumhaft, hatte man zahlreiche Möglichkeiten seine Urlaubstage zu gestalten. Der Pool bot sich an zum Relaxen, der Garten war weit genug von der Straße weg. Sollte man einen Hund haben, der kein Grundgehorsam hat, würde ich das Haus nicht empfehlen, da die große Straße dann doch recht nah ist und es keinerlei Zaun gibt. War für uns kein Problem, da unser Hund eh nur mit uns in den Garten ging. Direkt vom Haus aus konnte man morgens schon eine kleinere Gassirunde unternehmen. Einen Ausflug nach Narbonne und an den Hafen von Gruissan muss man gemacht haben. Der Wein direkt vom Chateau Capitol schmeckt sehr lecker, in der Gegend sind zahlreiche "Ab Hof" Weinläden, sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen erholsamen, aber auch aktiven Urlaub verbracht. Abends in das klimatisierte Haus zu kommen, war bei den Temperaturen ein Traum. Das Haus war super ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt! Danke an die freundliche Gastgeberin.

parfait !

Superbe propriété. Maison tout confort. Piscine et terrasse très agréables. Entre Gruissan et Narbonne, accès rapides aux commerces et aux plages. Le département est magnifique, avec beaucoup de lieux à découvrir. Et surtout, un grand Merci à Betty et sa famille pour ces quelques moments passés en leur compagnie et leur accueil exceptionnel. In der Beschreibung fehlt, dass man für das 2. Badezimmer eine Stiege hochgehen muss, wobei die Toilette nicht im Bad selbst ist, sondern hinter einem Vorhang und in dem Raum zwischen Bad und Toilette auch noch ein Bett steht. Das gesamte Kochgeschirr ist uralt und nicht gerade appetitlich, wie auch der Backofen wohl länger nicht gesäubert wurde.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus

Sehr sauberes, hübsch eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Gute Betten, sehr gutes Hausklima. Leider sind in der Küche 2 Stufen, mit Kleinkindern muss man da bisschen aufpassen. Die Treppe in den oberen Stock ist sehr steil, für junge Leute aber kein Problem. Kommen gerne wieder.

Extérieur difficilement praticable mais bel interieur

Si les moustiques nombreux et le bruit de la départementale ne vous dérangent pas, alors il n y a pas de problèmes. Nous ne savons pas si c est récurrent mais le séjour est moins agréable. Cher pour rester confiné ! La maison est très agréable a l'intérieur avec de beaux volumes. La région est très belle et mérite le détour.

Tres bon accueil maison bien équipée et très propre. Les cigales se font entendre et nous rappelle bien le sud. Piscine très propre. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à refaire sans hésiter!
