The heated pool and spa are exclusively available to you at your leisure. Your private garage includes a washer dryer, beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs and is generally used for our guests storage needs. *** Although the garage can fit a car/ truck guests are not permitted to park in the garage due to potentially damaging the washer dryer. There is ample parking in the driveway to accommodate 2+ cars.

Our pool is exclusively for our guests use and not shared with others. The pool is Not accessible by the 2nd floor. Our 1st level has its own separate entrance and its own separate HVAC units so air is not shared with the upper level.

Bonita Springs, FL is located in between Naples and Fort Myers and is an ideal location to explore all of what Southwest Florida has to offer. Our home is a quick 5 -10 min drive to the beach and a great bike ride should you choose to enjoy our beach cruisers. RSW international airport is only 20 minutes from our doorstep.
