For that price it is very reasonable to stay at that nice hotel. The pool area is beautiful and the breakfast is excellent.

The lead up to the property has us thinking we may have been mislead, however we were proven wrong. The room was beautiful, clean, bright and conveniently located to the port for any tours/routes to Positano (which is why we booked) and the main streets of Naples full of shops, places to eat and drink.

Facts which good to know ahead

- 1. The hotel is on a7th floor of a discusting building...need to pass a gate, internal building, take a scary elevetor... took us 30 minutes to locate.... it could be better coordinated ahead.. 2. The owners: especialy the man, need to learn how to behave with quests.. the impression is like we were bothering him, with each quedtion. The lady was better.. 3. Breakfast is minimal, under a higlight "it's an Italian breafast"... +. 1. Good location with view to the port 2. Very nice an clean double room, great shower and bed

Fabulous and modern! Exceeded expectations!

Fabulous, modern hotel with immaculate rooms, attentive owners/management, and an unbeatable location. Do not be alarmed by the somewhat dodgy appearance of the outside of the building and surrounding vicinity; once you enter the hotel you will feel as though you have been transported to an entirely different world. We were delighted by the artful, sleek aesthetics; the attention to detail that was clearly visible in the design and setup of the rooms and public areas; and the incredibly attentive and thoughtful owners and staff who welcomed and treated us as though we were family. The tasteful and brilliantly designed lighting features in our room and bathroom put us in an instantly good mood and made for some fun photo moments. In the evening we enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony sipping wine and listening to music as we savored the spectacular view of the port below. The bed was comfortable, the room had blackout curtains, and the wifi worked perfectly. Out of all the places we have stayed in Europe (too many to count), this was among our favorites.

Great property on the interior! The graffitti all over the building and the fact that the entrance is in an alley is a little off putting, but the place is beautiful inside and updated nicely! The owners are wonderful and very accommodating! It’s quiet and comfortable! FYI a lot of keys and during the Weekdays you must pay to use the elevators. 5 cents or something! It’s a gem that looks a little scary on the outside, but the downtown area of Naples looks like that everywhere! Great food nearby and walking distance from pier!

View + service was great - room for improvement

Check in: simple, language barrier but they say 70-80% of communication is non-verbal so we managed just fine! If the management could leave instructions in various languages in the room/email, that would be useful. Cleanliness - not the best but not the worst either. Everything was in working order (toilet seat needs changing). Comfort - mattress was basically a V shape (uncomfortable). Lift was in working order (keep 5 cents handy to operate lift). View was first class (sunrise was a bonus). Staff were brilliant and accommodating (should come with a range of adaptors in the room for travellers). All in all, it was okay but certainly room for improvement.

Lovely owners :)

The owners of this hotel were so kind and friendly. The hotel is very clean although the entrance is a little hard to find (on the right-side of the building). Be aware that you’ll be charged an extra €2/person/night as a ‘city tax’.
