The place is more than perfect easy self check in the place is nearby by the downtown and shopping area 15 min walking and there is a lot of restaurants and stores around the place smell good and nice place everything is good would absolutely come again to this place if coming back to Naples

Great location; challenging entry

Location was great. If you come at night it’s very difficult to find and to see the information outside and inside. Lots of combinations to get in. Information came in at check in would have preferred it to be earlier. Frig in room does not work even though it’s plugged in. Very hard to work the AC. First night was not great as it was beyond hot. No soap provided only shampoo.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. Within a 10 minute walk from the train station, from there you can take the bus to the airport as well. The hotel itself is quite lovely, you get to experience living in a true Italian apartment. The room itself was beautiful, lots of space, with a great shower after a long day of walking. It also has a nice balcony as well. The manger Angela is amazing. Very friendly and provides lots of updates before and after check in. She even was able to accommodate us arriving early which was so kind. We would stay again if we are ever in Napoli.

We had a great stay. Retifillio is central and a short walk to lovely places to eat. The bed was incredibly comfortable and air conditioning was so appreciated. The room has a balcony which was lovely but could do with shutters to keep the morning light out. Angela was so helpful and welcoming and facilitated an early check in which was really appreciated.

Great option near train station

Great option for us due to its location between the port and train station, very happy with our choice. The location is reached through a courtyard from the street so it is very quiet and the room was extremely clean with modern aesthetic. We liked the amenities in the shared kitchen such a big fridge/freezer, electric kettle, microwave, dishes, cups, etc (anything you would need I think) and the shower in the room got hot with good water pressure. WiFi worked well.

Great place to stay in the heart of it all. The host sent thorough instructions of the check-in process and there was even a helpful neighbor nearby to show us to the lift. The host was very flexible regarding check in and check out. Upon check out we were allowed to store our luggage while we continued to explore the city before leaving via train late at night. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and friendly host. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice balcony overlooking a very busy street but even with the hustle and bustle and traffic noise, as soon as you close that balcony door, silence...offering a peaceful night of rest in a very comfortable bed after a long journey over and day of exploring. Grazie per tutto Angela and l'ospitalita!

the manager Angela was so nice and helpfull but its hard to find the place also to many keys and codes to enter to the property also you have to pay 10 cents to the lift no 20 or 50 just 10 cents if you don't have it have to take the stairs to the 4th floor

When I needed to change my booking dates nearly two months in advance - plenty of reasonable notice - I was met with zero flexibility or assistance from the property. This hotel does have some drawbacks - it is next to a major road and is affected by street noise - although the soundproofing is pretty effective (and Naples is inherently noisy so you probably won't find anywhere much quieter). Its on the 4th floor and the lift is quite small. However... The owner is lovely and very responsive. The bed was very comfy and the pillows are excellent. The WiFi is very good, as is the shower. The place is in excellent condition. The air-conditioning works well and isn't too loud. The place is kept very clean. Nice communal kitchen area. Its located in a mostly residential area, lots of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. About 10 minutes walk to the central station and 5 to Duomo metro. Overall it's a great base for exploring Naples and I would love to stay here again.
