Very helpful staff. Great room with sea view to watch the setting sun. Very comfy bed and good quantity of toiletries. Tea and coffee in room. Excellent breakfast served on the terrace with views across the bay. Had an evening meal in the restaurant cooked to perfection. A very enjoyable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay before heading home. The sea views were absolutely beautiful from the restaurant, bar areas (Sara was fabulous in bar area), and the outdoor dining. The staff was amazing and so accommodating to your needs. They arranged airport transportation for us which was so helpful, even with the hiccup that we had upon our arrival(make sure you get the email address from them prior to arranging pickup and confirm they received it). Our suite room was GREAT and felt luxurious. Very roomy with a comfy bed AND pillows, couch and desk area along with wonderful balcony. They provide ALL amenities in bathroom including hair conditioner, which you don’t find so much in Europe. My hair was very grateful. Would HIGHLY recommend if you want a place on the water and near airport.

This is an absolute gem of a properrty. The views are spectacular and the pool, resturants, rooms all very nice and just as the pictures show. Dont worry about the train line, they are electric, pretty quiet and infrequent. The main street looks a little sketchy but we walked it several times at night and did not feel unsafe. Lots of quick food stops but only a couple of sit down places, "The One" was excelet however and a short 5 min walk. If the train line wasn't experiencing maintenence the train station was close. However the staff helped book taxis and have a set rate. Thanks Nino!

The view of the sea was incredible at every meal I ate at the hotel. Even more so the staff was so nice and helped me plan a trip to old Naples and told me what to see when the tour I wanted to go on was sold out. I would highly recommend!

It’s been a terrible costly experience!!!!!! Expedia Group who owns hotels.com booked the wrong dates but charged our credit card and denied a refund We did not stay in this hotel but kept insisting they refund our monies they would not !! They also cancelled our room in Rome Italy due to availability for issues We had no choice but to book another hotel for a lot more money 0 out 5 stars

Amazing place, great staff

From the first glance this hotel was amazing! Its very clean spacious and well designed. The room was brilliant great size and well equipped. All of the staff were so great and helpful and so welcoming, we really enjoyed the stay and the help with directions and planning things to do! Paolo and Luigi were fantastic. All the Staff were really as were the 2 ladies on reception and all the staff in the resteraunt too!

Very beautiful resort, really clean, friendly staff , 2 train stations near by. Use shuttle service from hotel , taxis are a rip off . Would stay here again.
