You could hear every noise outside the room but other than that the room was clean and everything worked. Close to main streets and stores. Easy to get in contact with property owner.

The property is well maintained. It’s very clean and the host is very helpful. It’s in the center of the city so it’s close to everything . Great place to stay for a short-term in Naples. The room is very clean and the shower is nice! Bed was very comfortable as well and our room was very spacious. Only thing we didn't like about this place was the extra charges - we had to pay extra per night for AC (around 2.50 euro per night) and a water bottle (1 euro). This was the only hotel that charged us extra for AC when we travelled throughout northern and southern Italy. The staff was friendly but not always around unfortunately but thankfully she provided her WhatsApp although she had a tough time speaking english - google translate helped! Location wise we were not a fan as it is far from the station and can be a long walk to main areas in Naples (i.e. Ovo castle, Spaccanapoli etc.). I would also be careful at night - not the safest if travelling alone!

Good Points - Great Location, central to Old Town Bad Points - Very overpriced at £80.00 per night - There are 3 rooms in total and the room we were allocated had no natural daylight and was quite small with one bedside table as no room for two and a bedside lamp which gave out absolutely no light what so ever, so you have to have the main big light on. We like to have a couple of hours rest in the afternoons when touring and had to have the lights on in order to read. Felt very claustrophobic. Check in was interesting, we were told that we would be met at 18:00, come 18:20 we call her and are told that her husband is stuck in traffic and wont get there so check in was by whats app, we were then asked to send pictures of our passports which we were not comfortable with. Overall not a very good experience.

Not the typical hotel building you might be expecting, this place gives the charm of living like the Naples folks do. The room is spacious, modern looking and basic amenities provided. The location is excellent, very close to attractions and eateries. Our host, Maria, was especially helpful and nice. She gave recommendations for places to visit and eat at, and areas to avoid (scams, etc.).

Fantastic place to stay in Naples.

The room was like new and spotless! We were treated like old friends and the location was a close walk to the waterfront and sites. Bus and trains were also near and we will absolutely stay again the next time we're in Naples.

Be aware of the location

The place is in the historic part of the city with very narrow streets and many old buildings. If you need to take a taxi make sure the driver is ready to take you there. The "hotel" consists of a few rooms on the second floor of an old building. I ended up with a room facing the elevator shaft and the neighbor's living room but I believe there are other rooms that offer more of a view to the front. If you just need a room to stay that is inexpensive then this place is for you, just don't expect a fancy hotel.

Clean room very close to the city centre

When we arrived nobody spoke English. We received a note that because of Easter the cafe where they serve breakfast for us will be closed so we will find sth to eat for breakfast on the table in the hallway. Which is fair enough but there was nothing there for 2days and after couple of days we finally used the cafe.it was nice that the owner picked us and drove us back to the airport cost €30.the owner maria was trying to be helpful through whatsapp messages but we've never met her and its not the same texting than talking in person.the room was cleaned every day at 10am but for 2days they didn't leave us a toilet roll so we bought it ourselves.in the offer it was note about bathrobe and shampoo and we didn't get that either.we found a kettle with tea and coffee but when we used it it wasn't filled up. The towels also weren't changed at all even when we left one on the floor.couple of days I couldn't sleep in the morning as the owner showed up to the reception and was cleaning the other rooms and playing music loud so not much rest.there was also a group of people staying there one night and had a loud party and playing a music at 4am.in generally it was just us for most of the nights so it felt like renting a flat but with no kitchen etc.if it comes to room and location then is good but it wasn't what i expected and some of the things was falsely advertised.

Amazing!

Owners are very friendly and helpful, hotel is close to everything and you can travel anywhere on foot. Bar Battelli has amazing pasteries and coffee in the mornings. We will stay here again for sure! Only negative thing to say is the bed was very firm and hurt my back quite a lot. But that can’t be helped. Over all it was perfect.

Fantastische Lage! Hohe Sauberkeit!

Für süditalienischen Standard ist es eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Die Betten sind komfortabel. Insgesamt ist es ein kleines Zimmer mit einem kleinen Bad. Alles ist sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war ständig zu erreichen. Hier würden wir wieder hinfahren, denn die Lage ist äußerst zentral und dennoch in etwas ruhigerer Umgebung. Hier würden wir wieder hinfahren.
