Meetin n pre checkin process were fine, parking is problematic so dont plan on parking near-by...cleanliness was not up to our standards nor as depicted in vrbo pics, kids had "K Mart feet/socks"..you know what I mean if you're from the US South. Theres what appears to be mold around a window in the kitchen which set off my wifes allergies, severley, so we left after the first night. We requested consideration/refund from Boundless Housing, the property management company. Their response via Whatsapp is below:Good morning xxx,Following your request, we have carefully reviewed the situation.We must clarify that the condition shown in your photos is not mold, but a normal humidity effect typical of historic buildings. The apartment is regularly sanitized every two weeks and has been managed by our company for over three years without any similar reports from previous guests.The property fully complies with health and safety standards and is subject to regular checks. There is no health risk associated with this condition.For these reasons, your request for a refund is not justified and cannot be accepted.SincerelyBoundless Housing Team‐‐-------------Im a state certified contractor in the state of Florida and know mold when I see it...make your own determination from this review, I'd add pictures if it would let me. I recommend staying somewhere else. This place is less than 100 meters away and is where we moved to and was cheaper! Gloves Rooms
