Beautiful sandy beaches of Barefoot Beach, Bonita Beach are within 10 minutes drive. 3 bedroom plus den, 2 1/2 bath 2-car garage accommodates sleeps of 8. Home with a very private setting with a large back yard and in-ground private pool. Spacious first floor has a living room with vaulted ceilings, dining room, family room and spacious open kitchen with a breakfast nook. Enjoy fully screened lanai. Amenities include clubhouse, pool, spa, tennis children's play area, tiki bar, bocce and picnic area. You can launch a kayak into Spring Creek from the back yard. Fort Myers International Airport (RSW) is a short drive away. Coconut Point Mall and Marcato for upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment. Minutes to North Naples or South Fort Myers.
