While the room was ok within itself the noise from outside was disturbing (even though it had double glazed windows) you also need to pay for the lifts (which is not advised before arrival there was no cups/glasses in the room at all Great location

I stayed at the apartment because I was catching a flight out of Naples airport. The receptionist arranged for me to be picked up by taxi in the morning. It was great. They were very helpful and friendly. It was a great apartment, spacious, even with a patio facing the water.

Very kind staf. Safe place. Near by port Beverello and bus station for Alibus-for or from the Airport. Nosy area having in view the location, but if you close the window you’ll sleep well:) the room has a balcony with port and Vesuvio view. The breakfast, a caffe and a croissant, in the location or in bar very close, opposite the street.

Love Naples pizza!

Didn’t realize this was a hostel, but there gave us a room with our own bathroom when we checked in. If you have no intention of spending time in your room, and realistic expectations, this worked well. It was a little loud in the morning, we could hear other people talking quite loud and could smell people smoking.

Pretty bad place. The heater/ac is caked in heavy dust, the walls are marked and dirty, uncourtous guests, some old man (owner) yelling and screaming at midnight, bathroom stunk, militant cleaning staff that whisk about, signs absolutely everywhere telling you what not to do, drunk receptionist that was very combative and I almost walked out however he was then helpful with some city advice, waited outside for 20 minutes, door buzzer didn't work. I'm sorry but this was a nightmare stay. Naples is a crazy city.

Wifi but not online.

Yes there's Wifi with no internet (12/26/2015). You can not go online, but they have a computer station though. Free Italian style breakfast but watch out some items are not. Walking distance to the metro station and touristic areas. Satisfactory service. Staff are nice and welcoming. You can safely store your luggage at the counter. The hotel is in the 6th and 7th floor. Coming out from the elevator, checkin is at the left on the 6th floor, rooms on the 7th floor are at the right. Btw, to get in and out at the main building door. To get in, slightly pull it back after the lock opens up and then push it in. Getting out, slightly push it out then pull it in. Oh, you'll get it once you're there. Typical Italian complexity.

Great base for visiting the bay of Naples

I stayed 4 nights at the hotel, one night in a dorm and 3 in a single room. The hotel was clean and the services were fine. It is a great location if you want to visit Naples or daytrip. Easy to reach with the airport shuttle, the train station is just a few tramstops away (also walkable distance) and it right by the port.

A nice stay in Napoli

The staff are very helpful and nice. My friend and I stayed in a double bedroom with balcony facing the sea, which was really nice. The bathroom is a bit old but still acceptable since we only stayed for two days. They offered simple breakfast with croissant, corn flakes, tea, milk and juice.

Ich habe vor Kurzem einige Tage im Hotel Bella Capri in Neapel verbracht und war wirklich sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hafen und die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn man spontan etwas brauchte, sei es ein Supermarkt oder kleinere Läden, war das überhaupt kein Problem. Die Anreise vom Flughafen dauerte etwas länger, was sich in einer Stadt wie Neapel aber nicht vermeiden lässt. Ein besonderes Highlight war für mich die Aussicht; vom Hotel aus konnte man direkt auf den Hafen und das Meer blicken. Diese Aussicht war einfach traumhaft, besonders bei Sonnenauf-/-untergang. Auch in puncto Sicherheit gab es nichts auszusetzen. Ich habe mich in und um das Hotel jederzeit wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist ebenfalls top; direkt vor dem Hotel hält eine Straßenbahn, was es einfach macht, auch weitere Ziele in der Stadt schnell zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Nachteil ergibt sich jedoch genau daraus: durch die Straßenbahn und den Verkehr „direkt vor der Tür“ kann es, besonders morgens oder nachts, recht laut werden. Zwar konnte man dennoch schlafen, aber absolute Ruhe sollte man nicht erwarten. Wer sehr geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte das im Hinterkopf behalten. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel Bella Capri wirklich empfehlen, besonders für alle, die eine zentrale Lage und eine schöne Aussicht schätzen.
