We're happy about the property, very clean . Convenient to shops and restaurants. Transportation, just 2 minutes walk to Metro train and 15 minutes walk to the pier for ferry.

Great location in the city. Close to key areas for food and travel. The completely virtual check in worked ok for us (maybe trickier for less digitally confident people). The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Had a couple of small issues that didn't get fixed but we knew we'd booked a relatively basic stay so nothing that drastically impacted our stay. The walls are quite thin so you're reliant on self aware guests in other rooms which we did have. I'd recommend staying again if you're just looking for a place to put your head down at the end of the day but if you're looking for something more it might not be for you. Our contact on WhatsApp was very helpful and could sort out taxis for the morning etc, but again a couple of issues weren't sorted while we were there.

The location was in the flight path of jets.. overhead frequently, and on a very busy/loud street. The AC did not work, and not even a fan was provided. We left early and were unable to receive any refund. Beware!!

Very confusing property- this is basically a room within a corridor or rooms, within an apartment block, within a courtyard, in a very poor area of Naples. Remote entry to the property with a lift to the first floor once you have gone up a flight of stairs- so not suitable for those with mobility issues (plus getting through the small entrance off the street would be a struggle). There is no local parking and the area feels generally unsafe (would not recommend for solo or female travellers). The room was very basic, bedding was clean but the bathroom was mouldy. The noise from the street at night is considerable. There are no VIP benefits, to be honest I am amazed this has made it onto Hotels.com

Really great location, next to the main station. Very comfortable and easy check in/out process. One thing to bear in mind, the location is near a lot of sketchy looking characters, didn’t feel that safe walking at night.

This was a very good stay. The area is very close to the center and getting around is a breeze. The unit itself was very clean, we came extra early and saw them scrubbing the unit clean. Communication with the host was also easy. It is a bit of a process to get in but it was explained well and the reply's were prompt. The only downside to this unit we found that the bathroom we had the water would go cold every so often. It was a bit uncomfortable to be hit with freezing water unexpectedly. Other than that it was great.

Great stay

The room was great! it was somewhat small but ok for one person. they gave me two free bottles of water in the fridge and the bathroom was very clean and small but had enough counterspace. my only complaint would be about the reception. I tried going to reception around 5pm on sat - when they're supposed to be open, however, no one was there. the person to contact on Whatsapp was fairly responsive but not when I absolutely needed it- like when I needed to check out. overall though, I'd stay here again
