Well Equipped Apartment

Our original apartment experienced some damage, so we were offered this apartment. Overall, The apartment is nicely decorated and was quite comfortable for the duration of our stay. We had some problems getting the keys to work, but were fine once we figured out the trick to using them. Communication was great when we needed assistance.

Excellent Location!

This is a beautiful location in Napoli with a breathtaking view! It felt private, yet was close to many museums and locations that are a must-see (also close to the beach). The property was very clean, and the owner was incredibly kind and accommodating. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Housing to be avoided absolutely

Le logement bénéficie d un bel extérieur qui permet d admirer la baie de NAPLES, par contre inutilisable car le quartier est très bruyant du fait de la proximité de la route. D'une manière générale la prestation proposée n'est pas en phase avec le descriptif de l annonce et le prix - terrasse sale y compris le mobilier de jardin, - baie vitrée fissurée, - absence de ventilation suffisante, - présence de moisissures, - odeur de renfermé - fuite de la chasse d eau - présence de nombreux cafard, - logement encombré de livres et revues poussiéreuses d'un autres temps... A la différence des logements que nous louons aucun geste de bienvenue ( bouteille de vin ou charcuterie) Nous avons eu le droit a 2 bouteilles d'eau du robinet mis au réfrigérateur Logement à fuir absolument ******** The property benefits from a beautiful exterior which allows you to admire the bay of NAPLES. However, it is unusable as the area is very noisy due to the proximity of the road. Generally speaking, the services offered are not in line with the description in the advert and the price. - dirty terrace including garden furniture, - cracked bay window, - lack of adequate ventilation, - presence of mold, - musty smell - leaking toilet flush - presence of numerous cockroaches, - cluttered with dusty books and magazines from another Unlike the accommodations we rent, no welcome gesture (bottle of wine or cold meats). We were allowed 2 bottles of tap water in the fridge. to be avoided

Well located house with a nice view!

We liked he house because of the very good location, wonderful view and spacious terrace, surrounded by trees and plants. The house was also specious, but unfortunately had a musty odor because, due to the construction it can't be ventilated very well. Nevertheless we had a wonderful stay in Napels!

Negativ: nach 2 Tage hat der Wasserkasten der Toilette das Ventil nicht mehr geschlossen und es ist ständig Wasser durchgelaufen. Das WiFi ging nicht. Mit dem Password kam man direkt ins Konfigurationsmenü des Routers, aber nicht ins Internet. Die ganze Wohnung wirkte etwas feucht. Das kann man auch an den etwas dunkel gefärbten Putz der großen Fensterfront sehen. Positiv: Ungewöhnliche Raumaufteilung hat gewissen Charme. Sonst hat technisch alles funktioniert. Obwohl an einer belebten Straße, war es etwas unterhalb und halb im Hang nachts relativ ruhig. in 20 min war man zu Fuß oder mit der Funiculare im Zentrum an der Via Toledo.
