The hotel is ranked 4 stars but I would give it a solid 2 ,it is very basic and tired looking but ok as a base for exploring the area. Rooms are cleaned daily. Pool is great,breakfast is ok ( tea, coffee,juice,water,various pastries ,fruit and some savoury stuff like omlet,eggs,ham,cheese,olives tomatoes etc.,staff are friendly and helpfull. The area outside the hotel is terrible,lots of rubbish lying around but obviously this is a local council issue rather than the hotel's. Hotel reception is 24 hrs ,the front doors are locked at all times and each entry is reviewed by hotel staff so we did feel safe. Hotel is 10 min walk from airport , we hardly heard any planes taking off etc inside the room,noise levels were ok. Very limited choice of dining out near the hotel. No restaurants near only two snack caffes.

Upside, the staff was very friendly. The property was in a great location to walk to the airport. Breakfast was good. Downside, the smell in the room was horrible and the mildew in the tub area was really bad. I would recommend if you have an early flight for the convenience of walking over in less than 10 minutes.

Oasis just by the airport

Great place if you are arriving Naples and need a base before heading to other places. Manager was lovely, nice relaxed atmosphere, lovely clean pool was like an oasis in the middle of airport facilities. Breakfast adequate, family room nice and spacious. Would recommend for families.

Bad smell.

Arrived to a room that had a really bad smell coming from what we expected was the bathroom drains, which meant we had to open the windows to get some fresh air in. Surprisingly the noise from outside was less than could be heard from the neighbouring rooms. Mini fridge was broken and WiFi would not connect. Is close to the airport and the staff were friendly. If there is cheaper available before a flight then I would recommend them first as you are not paying for any quality here

If you need a hotel very near the airport then this is one of the few options. it is clean and the staff heplful. It s location is unfortunate, it is surrounded by high security 'Hire Car' parks, which is a bit off putting.

We had a room right next to the street that was loud. The walls are thin and you can hear water rush through pipes and all noise from neighbours was extremely audible. We picked the hotel for convenience, but you can't have a relaxing night here. Also, it brands itself as 4*, its not. It's a 2*.

The property location is the only positive part of the hotel. The area out side is full of trash all over the entrance area. The bed is very uncomfortable and had two twin mattresses put together and advertised as a double. For one night it’s ok but any more than that I would say no.

Definitely not four star accommodation. More like 2 star max. Receptionist sent me off to find room in the dark on my own across a road on arrival. Shower leaked leaving puddle over bedroom floor, given a room beside road despite request not to be beside road, so very noisy all night. Most frustrating thing was I couldn’t lock the safe without using light from my mobile phone as key for safe was on same keyring as card for electricity which had to be inserted near the door upon entry. Just a thin white sheet on bed, no actual bedcover so cold all night. Only saving grace was hotel was close to airport and was in it for less than 12 hours. Would not return.
