Very busy downtown traffic location.

The most important thing is to mention that the lobby is on the 4th floor! This is inconvenient with luggage. The staff is pleasant, but it should also be mentioned that they are not open 24/7. Also the nearest parking is blocks away.

It was fairly easy to get to by bus and Metro. But I only had one small bag, I wouldn't recommend doing this with big luggage. It cost 5 euro for the bus to the train station/metro station then 1.20 euro for the Metro. It's a 2-3 minute walk from the station. The guy downstairs of the building is rude, but managed to get him to tell me where to go. This place is on the 4th floor and it's confusing because there is another Bovio suited on the 2nd floor. The older housekeeper lady is just incredibly lovely and sweet, she let me dropp off my bag to store until check in. She doesn't speak much English but she's just a legend, badass I loved her! Stayed here for one night with my friend, requested 2 beds got two beds but one was a baby twin bed and the other a full/queen. The rooms are outdated, beds are springy and hard. The room had a cool big old window it had Air-conditioning. It was clean but I found hairs on the shower wall, a towel hook was barley hanging on and things just seemed used and abused. The keys were oldschool skeleton keys. There is an elevator. Good enough for one night and if you're not too picky. Overall it's in a great location, walking distance from the Spanish quarter. There's plenty of cafe's to grab something to eat and drink around.

The hotel was difficult to find as it is has no sign out of the front so took quite a while on the phone to find it’s location inside a large complex. We arrived around 10pm and we had failed to see there was an additional charge which was very unexpected as we don’t deem 10pm a late check in for a hotel. Once inside the room was nice and comfortable. Location was brilliant

It's a lovely place to stay, small and friendly, excellent service. Quiet for a location in a busy square. Felt safe and secure. Mastri Pizza is a good place to eat, good service and value for money.

Great Locarion

The location of this hotel was perfect. The breakfast was small but still great. They even held our bags for us while we explored for a few hours before departure. Great bars, restaurant and shopping near by.

Clean stay in a nice central location. Breakfast was satisfactory. However, front office staff weren't particularly friendly and their card reader didn't work forcing us to pay cash. Shower drain was slow and staff did not attempt to fix it when requested. Traffic circle below was quite loud in the room and it was the first double bed we stayed in that was two twin mattresses pushed together, not great for a honeymoon.

Perfect if you do not mind noise!

the location is great, the staff in the hotel were really nice and professional, the room was big but it has a very bad smell coming from the bathroom so it was not very comfortable. The hotel is very noise, you can hear absolutely everything even if you are far from reception and from other rooms, even if other guests is taken a shower or they are flushing the toilet. If you want a quite room, please avoid this place. The windows are not very well isolated but this was not a problem as the temperature in the room was OK. Breakfast was OK.

This place is very unique. We usually stay at 4 to 5 star hotel, it was last minute booking and I was suspicious about this place. But it turned out the location is great, the apartment is very clean, the only problem is too to find and a bit noisy since it is in the center of the city.

Nice hotel, pleasant staff, a bit noisy

The hotel was nice in a great location and the staff were very helpful. The only issue we had was that our room was next to reception so we heard the people checking-in, people coming and going (late at night), and the intercom. Also the mini bar made was annoying due to the noise it made. However, this did not ruin our trip.

Centrally Located

This property is not smoke free, it is also not accessible- steps required to enter. Security in this area of Naples is important and the fact that hotel or building staff are not present after 9 or 10 pm is a draw back. Good for young people traveling in a group.

Can you find it!

Stayed in 10 hotels on our 5th trip to Europe and this was the MOST DIFFICULT hotel to find EVER. Lots of potential but killed by difficult to find, difficult staff, poor breakfast and hard to use keys. If you have never stayed here then don't book!!!!! Otherwise reasonable value. Need to put a detailed map on their website - current map is next to hopeless. I though this was as neat challenge but even 5 local did not know where it was. I will draw up a proper map if they ask me to.
