Gorgeous suites in an old building. gisella the manager was so helpful i cant thank her enough. Suite 501 has the most beautiful bathroom and i have ever seen it even has two small balconies off of it as well as a larger one off bathroom. nice breakfast spread. Easy walking to tons of reastaurants and shops.

The hotel accommodations and staff were fantastic! Room was cozy with comfy bed. Location is great! The property is located right next to subway system and less than 15 minute walk to the train station or port.

The property itself was very nice and offered a a nice free breakfast. I had the junior suite which was wonderful with a couple of balcony areas, nice seating area, comfortable bed and bathroom with walk-in shower and tub with a nice large vanity area. I did notice there was water damage on the ceiling where the walk-in shower is. It was quiet at night and it’s also in a secure building with keypad access. The smart TV has various options for you to be able to view desired programs on different platforms. Unfortunately there is no receptionist at the hotel desk past 4 PM which constitutes very limited hours and access for assistance. However, I was able to check in well past this timeframe. The hotel is located a 15 minute walk from the Naples Central train station. I felt comfortable walking during the daytime in this area as there are many people walking around, but Naples itself reminds me of gritty New York. My biggest issue with this hotel was when they offered to call me a taxi service early in the morning when I needed to catch the train to leave Naples. When the taxi reached Naples Central train station I gave him €50 and he only gave me €30 back. I insisted on receiving the rest of my money and he only gave me another six euros back. He scammed me out of three euros. I informed the hotel of this and they stated they would file a complaints. I asked to receive my three euros back since the hotel is the one that called this taxi driver and they never got back to me.

Upon first arriving I was a little shocked at the surrounding area but was pleasantly surprised when we entered the property. We were greeted by a gentlemen whose name escapes me, but he was very friendly and welcoming and gave us a great place to have dinner. Our room was very clean and well appointed. In retrospect, I wish I had thought about it not having a restaurant on site as we only had dinner out 1 night out of 3 because by the time we got back from all day tours, there was nothing nearby (at least that we could find) to grab a quick meal. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. We were told upon check in that it started at 7:30, which if you have tours scheduled, there is no way to have breakfast at that time and make an 8:00 tour. So, the first morning we had to meet our tour group across town at 7:30 which meant no breakfast. The 2nd morning we came out of our room just hoping to at least get a coffee and some fruit before again heading across town for an 8:00 am tour. We were sharply told that breakfast was at 7:30 so we got up and said, okay thank you we have to go. She softened and allowed us to sit which we did for all of 5 minutes before leaving. This property was very clean, very well appointed and updated but the only complaint/suggestion I have would be perhaps just having something out for guests to quickly grab on their way out to catch a tour if they can't wait until 7:30. Despite this, I would still recommend this property for your stay in Naples.

Wow! The hostess called just before we arrived to help us locate it! Her email directions were spot on! The room was gorgeous! Bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! The shower was so awesome!! And breakfast was amazing! Will definitely return!

Our stay at Amadamus Luxury Suites was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious, soundproof, and beautifully designed, with a lovely balcony and top-notch amenities. The TV had a great selection of channels, and the charging station was super convenient. The shower was large, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff truly made our experience exceptional. Gisella, in particular, was the highlight of our stay—so welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. We had a room that was separated from the others, which gave us a sense of privacy and tranquility—exactly what we were looking for. The location is fantastic, with the metro station just below the hotel and an easy walk to the main district of Naples. The area is vibrant, full of great food options, and feels very safe with plenty to explore nearby. A nice touch was the welcome drinks on arrival, and they even arranged a taxi for us back to the airport. Overall, a truly great stay—highly recommended!
