Giuseppe was friendly and great. He answered our questions and wasn't as bad with his English as other reviews claimed.However no one opened the gate for us when we first arrived and despite getting an email saying that we will be told how to check in...we didn't get the follow up email with instructions...we were lucky another couple opened the apartment door. We were later told the doorbell would work from the panel. Good stay, but not as advertised.It was disappointing that a pool was advertised but isn't anywhere near the property. G told us that you have to take the metro somewhere...and he didn't remember the name of the public pool...just don't advertise a pool, it has nothing to do with the stay. We are presently in the mountains at a hotel that does have a pool. The balcony was nice, but of course not the views from the pics, more of a street rather than ocean view. Breakfast was included which is always nice. Overall good stay, but a little misleading.

When I got to the room the internal temperature was 33C. Unbelievable. They have a system where you have to place the room key card in a sensor in order for the AC to be on. Nobody cared to place a card a couple of hours before, in order to have a decent temperature at arrival. From 33C it took 2 hours to reach a decent temperature. Also, it’s not a hotel, so no one in reception. You can only communicate via what’s app and response is not immediate… I will not stay there again.

This would have been an ideal property with an ok location close to public transport but there was a horrible smell in our bathroom. Also it looked to be mold around the bottom of our shower. This ruined the stay for us.

The property and the location were amazing, the right spot if you want to go to Napoli. The only thing that maybe can be improved is the breakfast: we were expecting to find a better buffet for breakfast, but that's okay - if you don't want to have breakfast there you can always find a small bar in Napoli with nice pastry and coffee. Overall very nice staying and the staff was very friendly and kind.

Check your locks! Our room didn't lock and could be opened without swiping the key card! We were treated to this discovery when another resident walked into our room thinking it was theirs. We informed the desk multiple times and the issue was never fixed. We resorted to propping our suitcases in front of the door at night so we'd at least be woken up if someone came in. Pretty bad stuff! The elevator isn't free in the mornings, it requires .10 to use. The price isn't the issue, more the inconvenience especially since as a tourist you might not have a lot of denominations of local currency yet. The room was small, but nicely designed and clean. Bed was quite firm, which was okay for me but could be a dealbreaker to others. Hard to sleep on your side. The terrace was a nice touch, a great spot to have breakfast. Breakfast was free, and tasty. A variety of pastries from local shops and espresso/cappuccino from the automatic machine. Location is great, Vomero is a nice neighborhood with great food. Ultimately, I can't recommend the hotel due to the lock issues, but if it weren't for that then I'd say it's a great value for the money.
