I really wanted to love this place but I did not like the way they handled me and my friends having no air for 2 nights. I went to the front desk after the first night to let them know that we literally couldn't breathe. The person working the front desk told us “ we tried to call you” I had no missed calls no messages. She then told me they would ensure we were compensated. The second night, they provided us loud fans that blew hot hair and the third night they did fix the air. When we went to check out we thought for sure they would make it right. Instead, the front desk person said she was not told of any compensation and her manager would call me, which she still has not. Such a beautiful place with such potential. Just don’t have a problem because they won’t fix it .

Great place to stay in Napa

The hotel was a great place to stay in Napa. Great location for visiting the wineries. Room was clean and had plenty of room. The only issue that we had was that our room was on the third floor of the Parker Mansion. No elevator only stairs. I had recently had a knee replacement so I had some difficulty with walking up and downstairs. I did not ask for a room change and just treated as rehab. This might be an issue for some people so you might ask about it before making your reservation

My stay felt like a perfect opportunity to experience resort amenities with a friendly BnB feel. It was a clean inviting experience with large individual rooms. Staff was friendly and welcoming, you didn’t have to ask anyone to go the extra mile for you, they already were before you even knew you needed something. Tasting offered was so fun! Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Definitely coming back with entire family to share this experience!

Everything was great, however there were a huge amount of spider webs and bugs on the patio so I was afraid to sit outside. Perhaps someone should make sure and clean the spiderwebs and dead bugs even though it’s technically outside. The bugs were getting into the screen.

We were pleased with our first stay at the SENZA Hotel. The staff was pleasant they have a nice "library" room where you can enjoy a glass of wine. The outside patio is nice also with an outside fireplace. The only drawback for us was our room was directly over the kitchen and a little loud early in the morning.
