This very spacious home blends a timeless charm with modern comforts, offering the perfect place to relax and recharge. The kitchen/dinning area is well equipped with coffee maker, cooker, fridge and log burner. The downstairs bathroom is modern and elegant with a large walk in shower, hair dryer and toileries provided. Unwind in the comfortable lounge that has underfloor heating, a TV with patio doors to the garden space. The very spacious family bedroom has a king size bed and 2 single beds, a wardrobe and drawers with a Juliette balcony. Enjoy quiet moments in your private garden with sun loungers, a BBQ and wildlife or walk or cycle around the picturesque countryside. Visit the gorgeous chateaux of Verteuil and La Rochefoucauld. Excellent supermarkets/ shops are 16 minutes away. Enjoy strolling round authentic markets and atmospheric night markets in the Summer. There's plenty to do with a canoe/water activity centre only 10 minutes away and the beautiful cities of Angouleme, Niort, Cognac and Poitiers are within easy reach.
