"VERY good location, near BIFF. Helpful front desk. Good quiet spacious room. PS The hotel offers a discounted massage service at nearby "Relax Time". The massage was professional, but the attitude was VERY cold: no welcoming, no polite word, no water or tea before or after, no interest from massuese. "

"Good location and near subway. Staff friendly and courteous. Downside is pictured deluxe room on website that I reserved was NOT what we received.. It’s an old hotel, room safe did not work until we called maintenance, then the toilet did not flush so we called again , then the door handle to the toilet room fell off, so I screwed it back in. The sliding glass bathroom door made loud high scraping noise when closing it. I would not recommend hotel to my friends or family."

"They need to remove the automatic door closer on room doors. Every time a neighboring room enters or exits the entire room and walls shake with a loud thud when their door slams shut. Extremely annoying, woken up many times during the night. I can’t believe no one has mentioned this until now. People know how to close doors… I have a stay booked in another branch in a few days I will be canceling that reservation and looking elsewhere."
