Well-trained staff

Have stayed here three or four times now and have never been disappointed. Staff has been well-trained (like at all Centaras, and is friendly, helpful and very polite. Maintenance however could be a little improved, and light switch control could be made easier to understand. A simple manual for it might help, too. Otherwise, all good and will stay here again if/when in Korat.

Nice, modern hotel in good location attached to a shopping center. Excellent bathroom design and equipment. Only opportunity for improvement would be to make the light switch controls less confusing.

The breakfast buffet was very large, but the food was never hot or many times even warm. The serving trays may have had hot water below them when first put out at there opening in the morning, but 2 or so hours later they did nothing. This included waffle or pancakes which I ended up running through the toaster. Thai dishes were also cold.
