The hot tub is Seasonal - Seasonal Hot Tubs are not available from January through mid-March. Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

Property clean and well equipped. Location great for beach access and walkable to store , coffee and ice cream. The only deterrent to renting again was the lack of outdoor items. Backyard had no umbrellas or sun protection. Also no outdoor seating for dining , either in backyard or on deck. When you are at the beach you want to be outside. I brought things for us to use when I saw a review saying what I am now. We had small kids and the yard was very hot. Difficult since we come from far away.

Great House in the Perfect Location
The house was very clean and tidy upon arrival, and we were very happy with the overall look and layout of the house as advertised. Management was very responsive to sending maintenance out when we found a few issues, thankfully nothing major. Perfect location with a few minutes walk to the beach and able to watch the sunrise. If needing the same space in the future we will definitely book this house and management again.

The property was in the perfect location. It was right across the street from the beach and very close to grocery stores and restaurants. The backyard was a nice touch with a small grassy spot for cornhole and other games. The pool was cold for late September but the hot tub was perfect.

Perfect location
A beautiful home steps from the beach. Very clean and comfortable. The first floor was the perfect remote space for working away from home while enjoying the relaxing beach setting. The elevator was a welcome relief for family with mobility needs. We would definitely stay again!

Great Property Great Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nag’s Head at this property. The home was comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen/living rooms were a great place for our dinners and conversation. We loved the pool but wished there was either an awning for shade or possibly some trees to relax under. The proximity to the beach was incredible. We loved being able to walk to stores and bike on the streets. All in all we had a terrific time. Our only complaints were that the basement was not well cleaned. The blinds were very dusty and the windows needed to be washed.
