This prime spot is situated within walking distance to many local shops and restaurants and is only 50 yards from the beach. Take advantage of the community cargo lift for the luggage & groceries at this first floor unit. *The cargo lift is a community amenity, not controlled by the homeowner, and not guaranteed*

This 2 bedroom & 2 bath spacious oasis will greet you with a beautiful interior and stunning Ocean Views. Relax in the great room on the plush sofas; a large flat-screen TV will provide some entertaining downtime after a fun-filled day on the beach. The en suite boasts a King bed with its own covered deck and full bath. The second bedroom has two Queen size beds to ensure everyone rests comfortably and in style. A full hall bath is conveniently located just around the corner.

The community boardwalk was recently completed at the complex and provides direct, convenient beach access!

Guest Review July 2022: This was a superb place! Everything was in great condition and clean. We appreciated all the care and detail the owners took to make our stay a great experience. The furnishings, TVs, and cookware was top notch.

Outside: Community Pool, Outdoor Shower, Picnic Table, Charcoal Grill, Large Oceanfront Sun Deck, Community Board Walk to Direct Beach Access, Stairtamer Cargo Lift.

One Level: Great Room w/Covered Patio access, Flat Screen TV, Dining Area seats 6, Kitchen w/Breakfast Bar seats 2, Wet Bar, Master Bedroom w/King & Flat Screen TV, Cover Patio access, Bedroom w/2 Queens w/Flat Screen TV & Cover Patio access, Full Hall Bath, Stacked Washer & Dryer in Hall Closet.

Fantastic condo...almost perfect

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, modern condo just steps from the beach. Great location and amenities. We loved being close to the beach and used the pool nearly every day. While we did love our stay, the King size mattress in the main bedroom is unacceptable and needs to be replaced. There are visible indentations and lumps, and you can actually feel the springs in certain spots (and for reference, I'm 5'6 140 lbs and he's 6'1 175 lbs...we are not large people). This was an unfortunate discomfort to an otherwise perfect condo. I also would like to note for future renters that the sectional couch and accent pillows are down feather. While I am allergic, it was not a huge issue because we spent most of our time outdoors :)

Place was super clean and furniture and bedroom were super comfortable. We stayed on bottom floor could still see ocean but next time we’re staying on higher floors. Excellent location for all the spy’s we like to hit. One of the best places we ever stayed in the 20 years coming to OBX. Pool was nice to have our daughter loved it!

Only thing needed is better access to the beach maybe invest in a mat about 60 feet that can help you get up and down better the public beach had one and it really helped especially for us older people! But we had a great time

Fantastic introduction to OBX

Our Happy Place was the perfect condo for our first visit to OBX. It’s location not only helped us explore Nags Head but the entire coast with ease. The condo itself was extremely clean and the deck overlooking the the ocean was magnificent. I would definitely recommend this condo.

OBX 2Bedroom/2Bath

Overall, we had a great time staying in OBX at this property. One drawback was the amenities and cleanliness. Why charge for linens? Makes the rental seem petty and money seeking. Just include it in the rental price. And, while we are there, how about a starter of paper products, paper towels, toilet paper, a kitchen sponge… etc. there was a lot of dust, I mean heavy dust, on fans, above fridge, a layer we wiped down on the headboard. There was a clear of attention to detail. Could have been so much better. That being said, perfect access to beach, pool, and local restaurants and shopping. The place was quiet, and comfortable. One or two bugs and spiders, but kinda expected this being in nature and having beach right at your door.
