This hotel is so conveniently located right by the train station! Super clean and cozy! The staff were so friendly and respectful! They also have free bike rentals which was amazing!

I chose this hotel for its extremely convenient location right at the train station and for the amazing price. The room decor is dated, but we did not care. It was kind of cool actually… Sort of retro high tech! The bath tub is so deep. Amazing for a soak after lots of walking. The staff are DARLING and absolutely wonderful. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are excellent. 10/10- would recommend to a friend!

Property was a little outdated and the room seemed a little old but otherwise the stay was amazing and I would definitely choose this hotel again. The location was perfect and so convenient to get to the train station and town center.

Average size room for Japan with a window that could be opened but no individual temperature control for the AC, only L, M, H. Good shower over bath. Ice machine and microwave on other floors. Best location for the Nagano station, only 3 minute walk, with lifts as well as stairs to the station. Restaurants available at station and 7-11 next door.

Very friendly staff. It was easy to store our luggage for the day. Lots of little extras like toothbrushes, razors, and face cream. The breakfast was terrific. The room was super clean if a little older and worn, but I’d take clean over new any day.

This property is just opposite to Nagano station. Buses going towards Hakuba and Snow Monkey Park is on the same side as this Hotel (just opposite to Hotel). Had a 7 eleven convenience store next to the property.

This was great value for a hotel room right beside Nagano Station. I was surprised when entering the lobby by how nice the hotel was, since what I paid would have been for a budget hotel. The room was clean and had all the standard amenities. The staff were helpful with things like shipping our luggage and answering questions.

Good stay except the laundromat part

It was a good and spacious room. Staff was friendly. Everything very well accessible. 1 min away from a 7-11 My only concern was the laundromat service. Apparently on the app when i was booking it. They indicate they have this service. But when i arrived and ask the staff. Apparently the laundromats is 950m to 1km+ away from the hotel. There are two, one open until midnight, another 24hrs and the latter is further. They do provide free rental bicycle(first come, first serve basis) and you can cycle to the laundromat. But do take note for travellers who are looking for laundromat machine in the hotel. They do not have one

Good near Nagano Station

Nice hotel close to Nagano station, friendly staff, clean room. Just the wifi was slow and there's no fan in the bathroom. But overall would stay again.

Property location very convenient, close to the JR station. The property itself is very dated, the rooms are very worn and uncomfortable. The room was uncomfortably hot, window doesn’t open unless you ask for a key from reception. WiFi didn’t work at all in the room, sockets weren’t strong enough to charge even a toothbrush! No ventilation at all, not even in the bathroom. Overall staff were friendly and the location is great. However the hotel itself needs updating.
