Disrespectful

Room & hotel comfortable & clean. Stay left a sour taste in our mouth after we had some questions regarding breakfast period. Although staff responded, whether satisfactory or not we accepted the responses & moved on. The staff members then proceeded after our interaction to go into the staff breakfast area and belittle our questions and comments, even though we sat at the table out this area listening to their comments. The last comment we heard loud and clear was we should have stayed at another hotel.....disappointing to say the least but we will be taking your advice in the future.

Nice location, near the Bugle Boy is what we needed. On the positive, location, convenient free breakfast and friendly staff. On the downside, bathroom smelled not great, bed was too soft and floors above squeaked and are thin ,so we heard them walking around all night.
