I loved the location. Close to the Mystic Shops and Downtown Mystic. My room was clean had a jacuzzi tub which was very nice and updated. It had a porch with a great view. The room could use a little updating but all in all I enjoyed my stay

Nice place and nice location

We thoroughly enjoyed the place and the location. The bathroom was a little outdated, but everything else was great. Having a nice place to drink/eat that's in the same location made our weekend that much more enjoyable.

We stayed in a queen spa room for two nights in January of 2021. It was a very cold weekend. The view from the room was beautiful. We used the tub once the water was warm. The room had a few issues though. Took a shower in ice cold water. The room was being heated by a fake fireplace that plugs into the wall. We didn’t think it was safe to start the really fireplace since the vent wasn’t staying open. For the money I paid I expected better. Wouldn’t recommend hotel to friends or family.

There was no hot water to shower. When I checked they said oh we changed the boiler maybe that’s why. I will check it out. My reason for travel was to have family luncheon. On checking in they told me restaurant was open at 11 and much to the surprise the restaurant was not open until 3pm. Several voice messages had been left for restaurant to het information.

The place was very nice & comfortable the staff was nice and pleasant except for the gentlemen in the morning who displayed an attitude when we inquires about the continental breakfast and replied snotty that we only get a bag with muffins cereal n applesauce and then walked away without giving them to us . The room was OK- however there was a leak above the jacuzzi so we couldn’t use it. It was coming out of the light fixture which was held together by duct tape. When we were leaving we found out there was also water coming up from the floor boards and my boyfriends clothes were soaked.

Our stay here was awesome! Just perfect. Beautiful view, giant jetted tub and fireplace in the room, breakfast included, everything was clean and sanitary. I highly recommend the Inn at Mystic, and we can't wait to come back sometime!!

Major snow storm while visiting! We enjoyed comfy beds, a huge tub for soaking, a fireplace to keep us warm, " grab & go" breakfast, beautiful water view....even a doe standing outside our room our 1st night! Centrally located, reasonably priced with resturant on premises (and come summer-a pool) Will definitely be back!

Mystic getaway

Spacious room with nice terrace which only lacked a couple of basic needs - namely a microwave and a bigger fridge. I know due to Covid the contintental breakfast was gonna be curtailed a little but other than the coffee there was mainly snacks with no bottled water. View from inn was great and it was close to many attractions like the Seaport. Free kayak usage was nice also Was not able to partake in the Sunday brunch but hope it was better than the contintental breakfast ! Nice restaurant on premises also. Great location for weddings with a mansion behind the inn that's used for such occasions

The Inn at Mystic on Sunday

We loved the room, exceptionally clean and the ability to start a fire in the fireplace with the free duralog they provided. The restaurant on site was good, great service and good food. The only thing I would bring attention to is that the offer online included free breakfast and when we inquired about free breakfast they said they do not offer it on Sunday's. So there was a miscommunication about that online. We talked to someone at the front desk that offered us a $10 coupon but we were looking for a free brunch because of the mix up. Other than that, I would stay there again.
