Property is extremely outdated and not clean. The bathroom above us was leaking into our bathroom with water all over and the hotel refused to provide us a refund. I will never stay here again.

Quality does not match the price

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the staff was very helpful. The hotel is in definite need of upgrades. Our room was large, but the beds were very small for 2 people in each. The curtains had brown stains all over them that I was telling myself was water stains. My shower needed the strength of a body builder to turn on. The caulking was coming apart and the faucet was movable when trying to turn on. The breakfast was OK. The waffles and juice were good, but the bacon was like rubber and tasted like it. I paid over $600 for my 3 night stay. For the price I paid, the hotel did not meet the pricing.

A little dated, but clean and convenient. Close to casinos. Wonderful staff. Had a small problem, our original smelled like smoke. I went down and spoke to the clerk at the front desk and he immediately changed her room.

I would have given this hotel a 5 straight across if it had not been for the party going on at the front parking lot at night. It woke us up at 10 pm and after listening to really loud music and loud voices for an hour, I called the front desk at 11:00 pm. It should not have taken a phone call from me to get this noise taken care of. There is no way that the front desk clerk had not heard the noise as the party was fairly close to the front entrance. Our room was on the second floor.

Ok Hotel but a little tired looking………

fThe free breakfast in the morning was OK, I have certainly had better. Sausage links and round egg things was the hot side of the buffet, with Bagels, sliced bread, and assorted prepackaged danish and muffins. The room was a little tired, but clean, except for the Hairdryer which I wasn’t going to touch. The tiny complimentary shampoo bottle was half empty, so that needed to be replaced after the previous guest but wasn’t. All in all not a bad hotel for a 1 Night stay over. Close to Mohegan Sun Casino, which some may consider a plus.
