Needs some attention

The pest control came to service the unit unannounced. The keyless lock was inoperable. We locked the door and came back several hours and lifted the the knob north and the door opened without a code Some of the linen was soiled. The parking was a bit unclear though I finally heard from the host on how to handle it.

The location is great 5 minute walk to the beach. The contact is super responsive and friendly.The property is nice (it is an HOA) but definitely needs some TLC with repairs or upgrades in the condo. The washer and dryer are horrible, took a minimum of 3 cycles each load to get them dry and the washer didn't always start when it said it would. The condo has minimum decorations and supplies: 3 rolls of tp for a whole week and not enough trash bags, barely any cooking supplies including utensils/pots or pans (pack everything because youll need it, they may not be use to people saying a week or longer), beds are uncomfortable, parking lot is an insurance situation waiting to happen (so tiny for the amount of cars allowed to park there). The pool is awesome and everyone is pretty friendly. In spite of its issues, this location did exactly what I needed it too and that was allowing my family to enjoy much needed time together at the beach.
