Come enjoy a perfect beach vacation in our refurbished 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom condo. Located on the ground level with no stairs and directly across the street from public beach access. Just 20 short steps to tranquil Cherry Grove Beach.

Condo has been completely UPGRADED and has a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with a Keurig COFFEE STATION, MODERN FURNITURE, and SMART TVs. Comfortably sleeps four with 2 queen beds in the separate bedroom.

To ensure our guests have an amazing stay everything you need for a relaxing get away is provided in our FULLY STOCKED condo. This includes linens, toiletries, snacks, water and much more! You will also receive the highest level of service from booking to check-out with an available host that values communication, is easy to contact and responds quickly.

All updates were made to ensure the space provides a fun and comfortable stay for guests and their pets that are UNDER the weight limit of 50lbs. The floors are waterproof and easily cleaned. Mattresses and all pillows are covered with high quality waterproof protectors. Everything from the sofa cover to the rugs is changed with each stay to ensure the comfort of all guests. From check-in to check-out my stay was amazing!!! Now the building is older but when you walk in OMG!! The thought and care taken to make sure your visit is perfect Lets me list - chairs for beach along with an umbrella and the anchor to secure it in the sand. Leash for your dog, poop bags to use on the beach and treats along with their own bowls setup Then open the refrigerator and there is a ham-cheese platter with waters. Fresh tomatoes, chips, cookies, and croissants!! All you need in the way of cooking not just new pots and pans but cooking spray, spices, dish detergent and hand soap along with paper towels!! There’s a complete setup for coffee and tea ! Now walk into the bedroom super soft sheets and pillows! The bathroom has a tile shower super clean and when you turn around there’s super soft towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrushes mouthwash makeup remover sunscreen detergent hairspray hair dryer curling iron and brush Little things like sewing kit pens pads scissors. I am rather sure I have left something out because it’s so very well thought out Geneva is a most wonderful host. No I do not know her personally but she’s a true jewel Would I stay here again you bet I would and will !! I have no problems with talking to anyone who would have questions before they book their stay

Disappointing

The condo was clean and tidy. The manager/owner provided all essentials including ham and cheese in fridge, fresh croissants and any toiletries you could need. Our only issue was the size of the unit. It was just myself and my husband along with our two bulldogs and we were tripping over one another. You could barely turn around in the bathroom. The living room was a loveseat and one chair. We left after one night as it was just too cramped.

The unit contained everything I needed for a 2 week stay and more! All the details were covered. I was even greeted with a tray of cold cuts, croissants and snacks so I could make sandwiches when I got in. Geneva was responsive and extremely accommodating. I would return here without any reservations!

Sadly my stay on this rental never happened. I arrived on 10/6 for my 4pm check in and the access code I was given did not work. No response to my call and VRBO tried 7 times to contact the host. After waiting almost an hour outside the rental property VRBO found me another accommodation. Thanks to VRBO I was able to get at least the service fees refunded. Any future vacations will be with rental/hosts that I have had positive experiences with.

Anniversary Beach Vacation

Geneva is the best.Great communication. A+ The unite is very clean and well stocked for every thing you need to enjoy your stay. We took our dog with us too, although she wasn’t a beach fan lol. We were greeted by ham& cheese and croissant rolls for sandwiches, and a bag of dog treats for our dog. Short walk across the road to public access to the beach. We enjoyed our week at the beach.

We absolutely loved this little condo. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 little fur babies. The place was very clean and comfy. Our host was awesome and made us feel very comfortable she also left lots of goodies for us and the fur babies. We will be staying there again.

Perfect 4-night getaway for two adults, young child, and pup

Geneva’s communication, hospitality, and availability were unmatched. She went above and beyond from booking to checkout. We appreciated the many extras she provided from food and bottled water to toiletries and beach towels. The condo was quiet and couldn’t have been more conveniently located to the beach and area attractions. We enjoyed the pool, which we often had to ourselves. Grassy areas across from the condo and down the street of homes behind were convenient for our dog. Would stay there again.

Condo was just right for us and our puppies!

We enjoyed our stay at Genevas Condo very much. Everything from the charcuterie tray in the fridge to the condiments and beach towels and chairs to use for the Beach. All so much convenience as if your at home. We will return here to Cherry Cove Beach again.

We stayed late March at this property and enjoyed our stay. We love the Cherry Grove area and have used VRBO numerous times. The condo was so cute and stocked so well. There was anything there you would need and more. The only suggestion I would have is for some room darkening curtains to be put up as the building is well lit outside. We also loved the lock using a code and no key or card to keep up with. The owner was very helpful with a small issue we had and responded quickly.

The location was perfect for us. It was the first time I had traveled with a pet and this unit was perfect with easy access to the beach, community to walk the my dog and the other people living and staying in the other units were very nice. The host was super easy to work. The unit was nice, new looking and exactly as appears on vrbo with every extra you would want.. Beach towels, chairs, beach umberella, coffee pods.. The host goes over and above to make your stay very special and nice!!

Relaxing!

This property fit all our needs and was just what we needed. The place is completely stocked with essentials you just don’t get at other VRBO’s. Geneva goes above and beyond to accommodate her guests and is amazing to work with. We had a medical emergency come up and weren’t sure if we were going to be able to check in on our scheduled date and she worked with us to give us an extra day if we needed it. Geneva was so kind and responsive. We will be booking again!! Thank you so much Geneva!
