Horrible birthday week

The unit had no blankets, disgusting stained sheets that were piling, and disgusting pillows. The lower mattress’ were uncovered and left bare. Blood on two comforters and a shower door that would not close. The next day I contacted the owner, who was very apologetic, but it took two days to remedy.
