Fantastic 2024 beach vacation

Check in was easy and convenient. Condo is beautifully designed and decorative. We did have to move some things from our 2year old to keep from being broken, but no big deal. The colors were very warm and inviting. Beds were comfortable with an excellent view from master bedroom of the ocean. The sky light in the kitchen was a beautiful touch. Parking was amazing, only one time we had to park across the street in the overflow parking lot. My family of five has been going to Myrtle Beach for years and this condo is my favorite out of all the ones we've stayed at. I could go on and on with all the things that I absolutely loved. Thank you for a memorable vacation stay.

1st vacation with grandchildren

The condo was very well cared for and newly remodeled and decorated with bright beachy colors. The furniture in the livingroom was extremely comfortable and the beach views were stunning. The kitchen had great appliances and supplies and the bedrooms were well decorated. The master bathroom was great but the second bathroom was extremely small and would be okay for kids but not good for adults. Only other disappointment was that we could not use the locker on the ground floor for our beach equipment because it was filled with someone elses beach stuff. Except for these 2 disappointments, the beauty and comfort of the condo and how generously it was stocked and furnished, it warrented high ratings.

Home away frrom hom

North Myrtle Beach has become our home away from home. We have been coming to NMB every year for our family vacation since 2000 so we have stayed in a lot of different condos over the years. This one was absolutely beautiful! It appears to have been fully renovated recently and I absolutely loved the colors and coastal vibe that it had to offer - not to mention the fabulous views from the balcony as I enjoyed my morning coffee. The entire process from booking the condo, to checking in, to checking out was seamless and Carisa was fantastic to work with. Very responsive to texts, very friendly with her replies and very accommodating. We loved our home-away-from-home this year and would definitely stay here again.

Beach Front Perfect

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. We have teenagers and were so grateful for room for everyone to spread out. We could barely pry the kids out of the comfy reclining chair and sofa! My criteria was having a bed for everyone, a seat in the living room for everyone, and a dining table that would fit us all. This condo met that and so much more. The view cannot be beat and it was awesome to just walk down to the beach. All beach gear is kept in a locker on the bottom floor, which is way more convenient than hauling it upstairs. There was a maintenance issue and the property manager and owner took care of it very quickly. We couldn’t ask for more. This area of the beach and street is so quiet and the building is a great size—not too big but tall enough to provide a great view from the 9th floor. We never had to wait for an elevator and parking is easy. We would definitely stay at the Pinnacle again. It was an amazing restful and fun week!

Fantastic placement

This was my first vrbo experience and condo experience. I'm quite happy with both. My family stayed here for week to check out North Myrtle and the beach of course. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and spacious, definitely suited for a family of 4+. The view is amazing from the balcony, you can see for miles each way and not to mention the beauty of the ocean. Not too far from local restaurants and grocery stores. I'll be coming back here for sure.

A Great Stay!

Very clean, very comfortable and beautifully decorated! Owner/management pride is apparent through upgrades since our last stay. Clean, modern appliances, everything needed is supplied. Property gives a sense of seclusion while being very close to great restaurants, shops and attractions. Communication with owner/management very easy with quick responses. Hoping to make this an annual vacation spot for our family. Thanks for the hospitality!

Wonderful VRBO rental that is exactly as advertised

Wonderful VRBO rental that is exactly as advertised. It was spotlessly clean, well stocked kitchen including Kerurig and other nice amenities. Great laundry facilities, ample supplies, comfy beds and ample linens for the week. This condo is thoughtfully appointed with quality furnishings and even a luxury in-wall electric fireplace in the living room for extra ambience. You can have it for just decorative lighting, w/o the heat; a super nice touch. The TVs all worked well and there is terrific patio furniture as well which you will use due to the amazing 9th floor view. This is one of the rare VRBO's that you will love due to the quality. Lastly, parking was easy and close and the building is smaller so the crowds are not an issue at all. We loved our stay here and would consider it again in a heartbeat.

A great getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The view was amazing and I just loved sitting on the balcony reading while listening to the waves. It was perfect for what we wanted for our stay. Easy beach access and nice little touches (a fan on the balcony, puzzles and books to borrow, beach chairs, umbrella to use). We would definitely stay here again. The only snafu we ran into was that the check out time on the vrbo electronic listing was different (later) than the actual check out time which led to a miscommunication with us checking out on time (and they thought we were late checking out). But after a phone call to clear things up it ended up being fine. I would definitely recommend this place!
