There was a bed bug in our room. They did move us to another room the next day. They said that there was only that one, but that’s not true. Now we had to make sure our stuff was cleaned. When we were getting ready housekeeping came in without knocking. I thought no dogs were allowed and we heard dogs barking all night.

Location is wonderful, right on the beach. Parking garages are very tight, just go to the 3rd floor dont bother with the rest. The dryer in our unit broke the 2nd day. We called the front desk and maintenance came to our unit. Maintenance said it needed replaced, so their was nothing they could do. That was super annoying. There was no daily house keeping due to covid. The toilet was wobbly. Again called front desk, maintenance said their was nothing they could do. The unit above us was getting renovated. We had to call a few times between 8-10pm asking them to stop due to our kids sleeping. Normal wear and tear on a place; could use some upkeep.

Great place; just wish there were a few additional cooking dishes/utensils; the trash bags were very poor quality and we needed several more due to them ripping. The air conditioner didn’t kee the condo cool-it was very hot most of the time. Great location and amenities!

Beachfront Condo

Except for the check in process which was not clear at all in the communications, the resort location was great. The second bathroom was a little small & the ice maker didn’t seem to work but other than that the condo was roomy with a great view of the ocean.
