Disliked: Cleanliness
We reached out to the management with serious concerns but there was never a response or resolution. Among the problems, each day we had to deal with large cockroaches and ants in the unit.

Place was nice but Checking in & getting in was rough .

I thought the place was nice needed a few things fixed & little better on the clean up . My mean trouble was getting the place .Tried checking in at 3pm they said the would text when the place was ready they had till 5pm . Never got a text .So went back at 4:55 pm because i know the close at 5pm and there where a lot of people trying to get there keys . So finely after I got my packet at 5.25 pm I went to my place and they where still trying to clean it and asked me to come back in 30. So i was upset I was tired i just drove 15 hours and was just wanting to rest .So I called the office & left a Message to let them know my place was not done and i could not get in and i never got a call back checking on the matter. so when i was finally able to get in at 6:20pm the clean up was so so . But after i touch up the cleaning and got settled in the rest of my stay was nice .

My girls trip stay

The location was nice the place could have been cleaner the was spiderwebs in the Conner of the ceiling the dishes in the dishwasher was dirty the beds that they are saying is queen are full they say it sleeps 8 but its don't we had to go buy two air mattresses and put them in the living room because two of us had now we're to sleep and the couch is not a pull out and there wasn't enough towels I would you that company again but don't want that place again

The property was set in a beautiful complex on the gorgeous World Tour International Golf Course. Please keep in mind that I am in the property restoration & Remodeling industry. This condo was however in disrepair, it is in desperate need of a paint job, new doors & trim. The flooring needs to be replaced as well, the Kitchen floor was very loud & squeaky, the carpet was very stained & the tile floors were cracked. There was much wear & tear. We did have a toilet break and it was replaced immediately.
