Beautiful contemporary 1 bedroom, 1 bath spacious condo perfect for honeymoon, anniversary or that romantic getaway. Keyless entry for guest convenience and no contact check in. The code is changed with each rental. Living room includes 65 inch Ultra High definition/ 4K premium smart TV, 4K Blu-ray player, private secure high speed WIFI for our guests, electric fireplace (for mood and/or heat), and opens to a balcony with spectacular views of the beach and ocean to enjoy beautiful sunsets. King size platform bed with 14 inch plush comfortable mattress and smart tv are included in the bedroom that has a stunning accent wall. Adjacent bathroom that includes shower and tub. The kitchen includes quality black stainless steel refrigerator/freezer (w/ ice maker) and stove/oven, beautiful quartz countertop, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker and Keurig kcup coffee machine, and slow cooker.. Enjoy your home-cooked meals or delivery on the counter height dining table with chairs while taking in the amazing view. Stack washer and dryer in condo for your convenience. The balcony includes 2 counter top chairs with a table in between them and 2 cushioned chairs. Outdoor seasonal pool and plenty of lounge chairs. We have a beach closet that we provide our guests with chairs, umbrella, wagon, coolers, towels, etc. We provide guests with bath and bed linens. The property has parking on site and across the street. There are 2 elevators with security codes located on the property Convenient location that is 5 blocks to Main Street with restaurants, bars, stores and more. We encourage all guests to purchase trip insurance in the event of an unexpected emergency. We are unable to refund or reschedule past the cancellation policy.

Location is fantastic. Looking right at the beach and water from the balcony and great room. Loved the availability of provided beach supplies and the convenience of in-unit laundry machines. Less to pack and easy to clean up. Unit was clean, bed was comfortable, A/C worked great (thankfully). Needs a little maintenance and a few repairs here and there.Unfortunately, the unit was a little loud with the neighbors getting a new a/c unit (I understand, it's hot and humid there), maintenance doing something out in the passageway several days of the week, and it seemed like garbage pick-up was every morning (early).The sliding door to the balcony was super hard to open and close - may have been off the track or something.The sink in the bathroom barely drained. Tried plunger, but no better.Overall, the location and ability to sit out on the balcony and just absorb the sound of the ocean was worth it. We probably won't ever be back to Myrtle Beach, but I would try this place again if the situation arose.

We loved this condo! It was clean and well laid out with a spectacular view. The beach chairs and umbrella provided were a great addition.The only concerns, and I say that loosely, would be that the bedroom badly needs a ceiling fan. It was the hottest room in the house. Also the shower floor creaks. But other than that, the place is amazing! Definitely plan on coming back.

Perfect, relaxing getaway!

This property was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The bed and all furniture were comfortable. The access to walk the beach or to shops and restaurants was great! It was only a short drive to many other places such as Barefoot Landing. Highly recommend!

Lovely property right on the beach. Well stocked with everything you could need.Building was a little older but unit was clean and ready for guests.My two disappointments were the weather (Mother Nature decided to be quite chilly the week we were there) and while it was a fabulous view of the beach, unit was set back so I couldn't sit on the patio and watch the sunrise. Had a lovely view from the beach though..Location was great!

My heaven on earth

Beautiful property, owner thought of everything! Very comfortable bed, extremely clean, beautiful view! Close to the grocery store, and great pots and pans to use, not cheap ones that fall apart or sticky. Loved that there was a keurig in addition to a coffee maker, it works better for us. Definitely a great place to stay!
