Hermoso condominio frente al mar - ¡Reserva 2019!

Al igual que muchos de los complejos de condominios en North Myrtle Beach, Crescent Sands se construyó en la década de 1980. Ubicado en el centro del edificio y en el 4to piso, la unidad E3 ofrece hermosas vistas al océano.
Puede relajarse en el balcón en este cómodo condominio frente al mar de dos dormitorios, dos baños. Tómese un descanso de la playa con un baño en la PISCINA AL AIRE LIBRE AL AIRE LIBRE. Además, el edificio cuenta con un elevador a solo 30 pies de la puerta de entrada de nuestra unidad que ayuda a limitar la carga de su equipaje.
La unidad tiene un dormitorio principal con cama extragrande, acceso al balcón y baño privado. El dormitorio de invitados contiene una cama doble y una cama doble que pueden dormir a los niños por separado o se pueden colocar juntas formando una segunda cama king size para adultos. El dormitorio de invitados también cuenta con su propio baño y ducha.
Esta unidad ofrece una cocina amueblada, lavavajillas y lavadora / secadora. Restaurantes elegantes y tiendas están a solo unos minutos.
Nos esforzamos por hacer que el presupuesto de nuestro condominio sea amigable con un ambiente familiar e intentamos realizar actualizaciones anuales basadas en nuestras finanzas. Hasta ahora, la unidad tiene pisos nuevos en todas las habitaciones y la sala de estar, además, tanto el baño principal como el de invitados han sido remodelados. Además, los gabinetes de la cocina han sido renovados y la sala de estar y la cocina han sido repintadas.
Queremos que su estadía frente al mar sea asequible y cómoda, pero no demasiado cara. En resumen, nuestro objetivo es proporcionar una estadía cómoda frente al mar a un precio razonable.

Excellent Location and Views

We had a great stay! The balcony and its views are the best part. While visiting during March, the temps were decent, but when the wind picked up it could be chilly. However, the balcony has walls at either end and wraps around a bit, so you could still enjoy outside and be blocked from the wind depending on its direction.While we didn't really cook while we were there, the space seemed to be stocked with everything one would need to prepare meals in the condo.In the end, this is a great space and has the essentials to enjoy a quick or extended stay. I would not hesitate to book this space for my next visit to Myrtle Beach.

Beautiful location and waking up to the sunrise everyday can't be beat!

Everything was perfect for our month-long break from the cold. While the weather wasn't warm, we certainly made the best of it with the sunrise on the beach and visiting the local art shops and museums. I would recommend staying in any of the Bittner's locations as they are fantastic to work with and provide beautiful properties. Until next time.....

Great place in North Myrtle Beach

Our family stayed for a week. The unit was very nice and was well setup. Rooms were nice size and furnishing were in very good condition. The view of the ocean was excellent. The communication with the owner was excellent. He reached out to us on our day of check to give us an update on the unit. I would highly recommend the unit and working with Scott.

Can't beat the view!!

Beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, clean and extremely welcoming, conveniently located to restaurants, Barefoot Landing and many other stores and attractions! Wonderful hosts who answered any questions we had within minutes!! Would definitely rent there again!! CAN'T BEAT THE VIEW!!! I give it 5 stars!!

Perfect Beach Vacation!

This is our 3rd time staying in this unit and we had a very comfortable vacation stay. We really like this medium sized building with such easy parking under the structure. E3 is very convenient to the elevator. We had very good communication with the manager, and the check-in and check-out was very simple. We love the big two part balcony, the very comfortable king bed with ocean view, many pillow choices, large refrigerator and nice stove, (we do most of our own cooking) and nice outside closet with beach chairs to borrow. We appreciated the washer and dryer, the good internet service and also the smart TV. We hope to return!

Beautiful Ocean View condo

This was my first time booking anything on vrbo. It was definitely much better then expected .The unit was so clean and it was better looking then the pictures. The best part of the condo was the gorgeous ocean view balcony. I ate breakfast here everyday looking at the view. Also there was nothing wrong with the unit and everything worked. I didnt have to really contact Scott at all about anything and thats rare. Scott sends u a welcome email with every instruction and has notes everywhere for u to follow. All in all it was a great vacation. The unit also is very quiet theres no loud noises or any of that. My family is thinking of going back to Myrtle Beach next year and i wouldnt hesitate to book with Bittner Vacation Rentals again.

Clean condo

This was one of the cleanest vrbo condos we have stayed in. There was an issue with the main shower's water pressure, but Scott had someone come fix that, and now the pressure is amazing! The master bed is super soft, and we would have preferred a firmer mattress, but that's a personal preference. Location is great! And the outside closet was so nice for our beach gear. We had a really great vacation.

Decent Oceanfront Condo - Could Use Some Updating

Overall, this is an oceanfront condo that worked well for our family. What we did love was the access to the storage closet outside of the condo, where we stored our beach stuff after being on the beach all day. Owners communicated with clear instructions for check-in, and we had no issues accessing the condo after 3pm. Condo was overall clean, we've stayed at multiple condos in this building and have seen both better and worse. There was no cause for alarm, thus the 4-star rating. Furniture in the family room was nice, however the TVs in both the family room as well as the bedrooms are not "smart" TVs, and are flat panels from the early 2000s, and easily could be updated. Wifi access was nice, especially that it was password protected and not "open". Bedding on the beds and decor could use some updating for sure, but didn't take away from us using the condo as a place to sleep and get ready to go to the beach and dinners.

Beautiful Sunrises from the balcony

Condo Unit was very lovely and welcoming. Very quiet and peaceful environment. Beds were very comfortable. Great Sunrises from the balcony and a real nice feel of being on the beach for my sister who was limited to go out and onto the beach.. Master bathroom plumbing really needs an upgrade, other than this issue, we had a lovely stay.

Just as advertised

This condo was as advertised, my first impression was “it smells clean”, not disinfectant but fresh & clean. We like the location by Barefoot Landing, convenient to get to RT 17. The property owners are right up there with the best. Very responsive, gave us all the information we needed, and when I did have a concern, he responded quickly, (turned out to be nothing). We have stayed in another unit in this building years ago and it seems the public areas are in better shape than they used to be, there’s fresh paint & daily cleaning. Issues? It’s the end of September so normal things need done in the condo, cleaning in the corners & baseboards, closet door knobs could use a scrubbing, a light in the laundry closet would be nice. Another HUGE plus, you have use of the closet outside the unit. Other guests had left beach chairs & sand toys, it was great to put our umbrellas and shells in there, as well as sand shoes & keep that mess out of the condo! Another positive..while the condo is beachy it’s not overdone, there’s room to put your stuff on tables & dressers. I didn’t cook more than toast & coffee, but it seems like there is enough kitchenware if you wanted to cook. I would not hesitate to rent this or another unit from these owners.

Review of Windy Hill

Overall I was very pleased with Windy Hill. Great location. I really liked the public restrooms in the parking garage. Made it very easy to take kids to the restroom when we were at beach and pool. Phil, the building manager was extremely friendly and worked hard each day to keep everything clean. Beds were comfortable. Pool was nice. I really liked how the property, pool, wait for elevator, etc. was not overcrowded. This is largely what I was looking for with a little smaller of a condo building and I was pleased with this. The only change I would prefer is an option for an early check in. I was willing to pay extra for an early check in, but it wasn’t an option. After driving over 600 miles it would have been nice to have the flexibility to get settled in a few hours earlier.
